It’s not as everyone that holds the stock has a reason for holding, selling or buying- those that don’t… don’t

Unless paired with a rationale- ignore. Some just post a price and if it gets to that price, just drop it further and so on- at least if there is a rationale, you can either agree or disagree - one thing is for sure, no one really knows- good luck with your choice.

I don't often mention BREXIT- the evidence is there 100% which is why I dropped my main pension which is equity based down to a very small percentage after the vote in 2016- look at the other indices- DAX for example up ~43%, FTSE flat over same timeframe. I recently bought some race parts from Germany and got hit with 20% extra charge, had to pay £100 for a flipping carnet to transport a bike, the insurance also went up. the only benefit I've found so far is I got a stamp on my passport when I went into Spain :-). And why are we paying an extra 1.25% on NI? Doesn't make sense as it will raise about £10bn per annum, which is the same amount roughly as the £350m for the NHS we were told we would get on BREXIT- so where is this?

I’ve lost count of the number of people/analysts who were advising further downside before the bottom of the March2020 crash, and have been advising caution ever since and yet the market recovery in many sectors has been astounding - my main pension dropped ~28% at the lowest point but has risen ~60% since that low as based in global equities spread. -i’d be jumping off a very high building if I’d listened to doom-sayers at ANY of these times in the last 19months. Of course markets could drop back - but these experts/analysts/doomsayers will say they were right on a correction always miss out the fact that lost a fortune on all their other doom predictions …

Hmmmm am just holding, a mate was making a small amount the other day between ~90 and 93, now regrets selling... who knows... but the presentation was good the other day in my view, along with all the other reasons for holding I and many others have listed this year, plus the recent price action...

Each day, for the vast majority of the time, the Far East and Asia indices follow the USA, and so does Europe. There are, of course, exceptional issues/incidents which change this- eg recently in China, battering their indices.
S+P and DJ down ~.4% as I type, and VIX up- but hopefully, USA will become more stable- yesterday was month end but a lot of commentary out form the twosome of Powell and Yellen and co.

Running abut 2.5 times as many buys as sells a the mo.
FRES up a little, HOCHS down a little, SRB down a little etc, so here broadly in line.

POLY has been the laggard for a few weeks.

Forget POLY- all looked normal.
Price now back to around ~95.
I watched real-time trades around this time when the price seems stuck @96 and when it came of the narrow odd range, didn't see anything unusual.

It shot to 96.84 quickly then dropped a little to where we seem to be now.
Checked on another site and can see real-time trades going through.
Time 10:56:52 BUY 602shares - ~3.117m buy trades and ~1.243m sell trades so far today.

I just sold 10 shares and bought 10 shares back (only pay £6 a trade so just thought I'd try it). Both transactions went through OK- anyone on here shed any light on what this could be?

Agree, no chance- the whole point in them contracting them in the first place was to have a flexible contract company which is going very well.
