Also interesting someone said there might not be a AGM next year along with Tim enjoying partial retirement and not opposed to take over says it all to me and I’m almost certain of a buy out in 2025 and potentially in the first half of the year.

I keep going back to my memory where Sareum tried to sell the business (12-14? Years ago) and the figures mentioned was £50m at that time. Therefore, an offer of £500m with current share price would be a fair value at this time to me and 10 times what Tim wanted many years ago.

Just my thoughts and whilst I believe it’s worth far more, I think realistically without having to progress further and allow him to fully retire knowing what they have achieved would mean they would recommend the deal to its shareholders.

I honestly don’t think it will be eight months and latest Jan 25, so this would make sense and a reason why they cannot buy.

A lot can happen in 8 months and would not hold them back now in my opinion from buying. There’s nothing concrete or we would need to see an RNS, therefore there is something due and they know it and this explains it to me.

Nothing but positive news within the next 3 months, which will change the company and share price

Just my opinion but after 16 years in here, I’ve got to be right once 🤣

Toxicity likely to take 16 weeks but results likely to be ready mid year (June) leaves the remaining 2 months of this year unaccounted for and the directors can’t buy shares….. mmm

I don’t think we will be waiting long for a major shift upwards on share price as Directors buying shares now after closed period wouldn’t matter if the share price wasn’t to rise for 8 months

Now is the time to top up

Last time it was at a 4.5% premium to the market price, but key they have secured funding prior to the update which should take some concerns away within the market

Very positive on data and we now have cash to move forward as seems someone has requested more data before committing or offer to low at the moment.

Timings would of helped to help us all better understand when we potentially could apply for phase 2

I take the large trade at 4.28 as a buy unless they desperate for shares, looking good for next week 😊

100% if they intend to share new information, then we will need to see a RNS beforehand as sensitive information unless NDA’s being signed of course. I would expect one tomorrow morning latest if they are going to discuss data in more detail.

Interesting that both Tim and John attending as normally just Tim, obviously got good news on data, will we get a RNS soon so they can talk about it openly? 🤞

Notification was on oct 3rd that result would be released on 9th Oct, but next few weeks should see a few updates I’m hoping and get the share price moving in the right direction 🤞

Congratulations on your pending grandchild, I was lucky enough to have my first one Grayson in Dec 21. Both him and my daughter still live with us and I can honestly say he is the best thing that ever happened to me. Missed my own children growing up due to working away but making it up with Grayson and now in a better position to spoil him.

It’s amazing how any work pressures disappear just by looking at his smiling face when you return home.

Tim is 64 in September so maybe decided it’s time to take it easy with his part time role, but this gives us more questions with such a small team.
