Mine of 81k shares has only just shown up and reported as sell when it was a buy

Trade gone through 8.01:44 @ 56,680 shares for £9,408.88 but not showing yet 🤣

Just placed order to top wife’s isa up as she still had some allowance left, should see a buy for £9,413 go through early doors.

I also tried to view by registering and got nowhere. Hopefully due Charmian corner update this week as around the 22nd or 24th of each month and hopefully covers this off along with a note to say we are past week 4 of tox study. I’m also looking forward to these investor meet presentation notes as missed the meet. Overall, looking good with news due on multiple fronts and if the company can keep news flowing then we might begin to see the share price moving to where it should be at this stage. ( to me a minimum of 50p but really should be over a pound)

Well reminded PCS1954 and Ben as I had forgotten they were before the consolidation of 50 to 1 share, therefore I believe you both are correct as not viable to take up at consolidated rate. That’s good to me as around 6 million shares from warrants will disappear and reduce some future dilution.

Really is beginning to get a exciting here as the last few years have indeed been frustrating

Do you mean likely as HNW individual has got the cash and not going to pass up on shares @4.7p as also 200% upside on current price, I just hope they hold them which is a win win as Sareum get circa £500k and they get a bargain.

12.5p share again, small gain but won’t want them to lapse so if forced then I believe they will acquire but again hopefully hold as they must believe in Sareum, hence the initial investments

I expect a warrant being exercised email shortly or within the next couple of months, but not overly concerned, which is why it’s being held back but once exercised we should see a decent rise whilst we await the next news. I’ve been here since 2008 but finally feel this will be our year and hopefully bought out 🤞

Therefore makes sense they are likely beginnning to be exercised and once cleared should should a big uplift to SP

I have emailed Tim in January on the outstanding warrants but he never replied ( first time he didn’t reply to an email) 🤔

I do wonder whether it’s being held back due to someone exercising their warrants at 12.5p as this should have moved on buys, rather they exercise now than in a few months when SP hopefully multiple of current price.

Abstract from chairman corner unpaid 22nd January 2026

“We have since appointed a new, experienced global contract research organisation and are preparing to restart the Phase 2-enabling toxicology programme as early as possible in Q1 2026. Ahead of this, a short pharmacokinetic study has evaluated different formulations to help optimise the full toxicology study. In parallel, work to optimise the capsule formulation is progressing, with the aim of improving drug release and reducing the number of capsules required in future clinical studies”

If I reading it correctly it says “has” on the initial pharmacokinetic test, which would confirm this has been completed and therefore the next news should be the trial has restarted after they have optimised the capsules

Frustrating as always whilst awaiting news but we slowly moving in the right direction I hope

Should add Tim will be 66 in September of this year, so can’t blame him reducing hours as past retirement age, hence potential( my thoughts only) buy out coming as John only 7 years behind Tim

Tim to me had to give up the CEO role when he went part time ( can’t be a part time CEO), looks like he only works 3 days per week from reviewing the accounts ending June 2025.
