We have entered into a strategic collaboration with Sareum Ltd, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase inhibitors, to accelerate the discovery of BBB-permeable, isoform-selective TYK2/JAK1 inhibitors for neuroinflammatory diseases using AI.
The partnership focuses on AI-driven lead optimization, integrating potency, selectivity, and blood–brain barrier permeability into a unified design process, with the goal of delivering in vitro-ready candidates directly from in silico design.
Receptor.AI’s platform will guide compound design through end-to-end virtual screening, structure-based modeling, and multi-parameter optimization. A key component is ArtiDock, our proprietary docking model within the Oracle.AI virtual screening suite, which enables high-speed, high-accuracy binding mode prediction for challenging kinase targets such as TYK2 and JAK1.
The project will be led by Dr. Rajiah Aldrin Denny, our Chief Scientific Advisor, who has successfully advanced eight drug candidates into clinical development and will work closely with the Sareum team to combine advanced AI methodologies with deep kinase biology expertise.
