Good to see new blood here over last few months my crystal ball thought we would be above 2p by now however I have a history of getting it wrong here let's hope next year I will get my lump back with a sirloin on top as for Icarus he knows what he's doing I'm an ex property developer learning the hard way I just love to have a go ! good luck all

Rednight I know a few months ago when I bought at 28.5 and then forced to top up at 22p you said see you at 38p well it's nearly come true and will move on at 38p my greed has got the better of me in the past

This is the beginning of a 30/40% drop inmo hence sold yesterday this is last year's share and the mindful sold along time ago !

I think we have to possibly except there are difficulties in putting a deal together so jv or heaven forbid go it alone ! Time is against us now time to move on
