Fyoz, As with a car engine different fuels and additives either make the engine run hot or cold. I race a car and wine I use a methanol (20%) additive to vpower it runs the engine cool but if I run pure race fuel the engine runs hotter.
Additives do make a big difference to fuels.

The emmision figures may be good but contracts will all depend on price, it’s nice to have lower emissions but if the product is uneconomical or not enough supply this will grind to a halt before its started?

It can’t break the primary range at the minute so we are a long long way off the other dizzy heights prices.

The mail has it that they are in talks to buy out TSB? Wonder which way that will affect either share

Had sort of similar last year, I don’t know why it happened but I had two sets of BP and RDSB show up. Naturally I just went to the home page and screen shot the value so I could send a picture to my mates winding them up :-)

Does anyone know if there are still open shorts on card? Thinking of having a go trading some on Monday but if the shorts are closed I don’t want to be caught out on a rise.

Logged into my account today as I’m thinking of slicing a stock tomorrow and was going to see what the value was from last closing. The account is missing friggin loads, must be due to the name change on shell but the money in them is gone.
I know it will be back on Monday but there is still a shock moment when you see your portfolio value missing a lot of money.

Unless they post more good news updates before the half year accounts I can see this being stagnant for quite some time? Needs sentiment to change to push it higher so releasing more regular updates might help move the share.

Jaf, I see your concern that his health doesn’t change his loses but it does change his priorities as to being bothered about a stock isn’t top of his list.

Persimmon aren’t cutting the dividend as they have already said they will pay £1.25 a share in July but they aren’t stating the March payment as they want to work out year end profits. It was always a £1.25 payment but I think it will be more as they have had a fantastic 2nd half and a lot of December sales pushed into January as they couldn’t cope with demand.

That’s an optimist, a pessimist would only think it’s going down.

exstatex, You do realise that the new ceo will be getting similar performance related shares. As that’s what there bonus is given in shares. All the directors at psn get a healthy dividend payout and everyone I know puts a lot of there own money in as well as psn is a money making machine.

Also if you knew about how the share scheme was awarded to the directors it was based on a £6 share, the share skyrocketing made all the directors lots of money.

Falky, that was a good call as the share could of dipped further.

Just over three years ago PSN was verging this price all the time and even dropped to £18 so the price isn’t that bad but the good thing with the PSN share is it will always come back higher.

Was tempted to sell some today to buy more PSN but changed my mind as I had a 64p figure in mind before I took some profit.

Persimmons dividend won’t be reduced as virtually nothing is cladded and they have great sales. I’m expecting them to pay £1.15 a share come March. It’s a tough call with the price buy now or wait? Either way it’s still a good price as come July you will be paid at least £2.35 a share just for holding them and the share will be a lot higher mid year.

I hope it keeps dropping, I would like to see £20, obviously my shares will take a hit but I’m topping up for sure if it keeps dropping :-)
