You don’t need to support a prediction as it’s his own opinion. If you ventured onto other boards you will see virtually every share has people making predictions without being shot down asking for hard facts.

Roxburyhouse, Dividend max has card paying a dividend at the end of next year. I can’t see it being much but even in 2023 if they pay 7p a share over the whole year your still looking at about £47k in dividends without even touching your holding. If everything goes well for card this share could be really high in five years time.

Friends always ask me how my shares are doing and they call me mad when I tell them but I always say ask me in five years time how I’m doing. Share prices have been very unstable for a while now but I’m in for the long run and in years to come this will be far higher and I will of collected thousands in dividends as well.

Well that clears it up then, there is no way in hell they can build another 50000 houses by 2030 or even 2035. The top house builders can’t cope now so where is all this extra labour coming from.

There is no way they can get 50000 houses built over the next five years! They will obviously just arrange a deal with existing house builders but there is no way existing builders can add 10000 houses a year as they just don’t have the Labour to even slightly touch that figure.

There will never be another lockdown now that every adult has been offered a jab, the government has passed its duty of care so it’s now having to live with it. If your Ill with COVID I bet even money support will cease.

I see they are trialing small price increases in card to raise an extra £6m in revenue a year. The 59p range is going to 69p and they expect to make an extra £2.5m alone from this increase.
That’s the debt wiped out and I really don’t think anyone will be bothered if they are paying 69p for a card.
Simply Wall Street has their profits increasing by 82.3% year on year for the next five years and gives it a fair market value of £1.59 although I think it will go higher with more driven internet lines.
