They can't give you any more of an heads up that we are going to be selling loads more of these than the 100k and 200k indicated in their RNS's. They even state this in the RNS. Running out of time to get in if you are not

It would be though if you bought and sold all your shares in the same tax year and then didn’t buy any of them back within 30 days of 5th April.

No it’s not as simple as that mate. Look at the revenue rules, if you don’t have more than £40k or so of disposals or make less than £11k or whatever the latest capitals gains free sum is, you don’t have to declare it anyway but you will still need to track any S104 holdings you have for when you finally dispose.

You need to read up on it it's not that straightforward if you are buying and selling the same share then it will form what is referred to as a S104 holding where you have a moving average of that share which is transferred into the following tax year. There are rules around selling and buying back around tax year end too, 30 day rule. Needs a bit of research so you know what you are doing. Otherwise just give it to the accountant but they will charge. It's straightforward enough once you understand the rules and if you are ok with excel though.

It's going up from what I'm seeing, offer moved up to 56p. FOMO wouldn't want to be out and all that.

Lots of negative posts on here even though the RNS is very positive. If you think this company has got massive potential then just hold and add where possible and ignore all the noise.

Looks like the only thing that will ultimately hold this SP back medium term is our production facilities. MB has probably got some thoughts on this so would appreciate his comments and thank him in advance as to max production from current ODX facilities or how this could be sub-contracted out to others and scaled up. If anyone else has any thoughts that would be appreciated too.
