Makes a lot of difference because you could buy a lot more TILS shares and gained a lot more free shares too for the same money.

Too much confusion over when to be in for the free shares has in my opinion caused the SP to slide as investors want clarity. The shorters could take it down from here and I could still buy my shares back Thursday before close and get my free shares according to my broker.

Buys at 92.9 being booked as sells. Had to have some more at this price been in for a few lots.

I’m going for £2.30 close on Thursday and £1.30 close Friday

It’s called nominal for a reason and means nothing. TILS share priced will get hammered but it presents a further opportunity to top up and make some profit

You need to hold your shares when the market opens on Friday morning to qualify then you can sell as soon as market opens as cut off is 7am on that day from what I understand.

Interactive Investor have already confirmed it to me and I posted message its close of trading on Thursday 29th

Not the case with Interactive Investor they have confirmed to me I would qualify for the new shares if I buy up to close on Thursday. Suggest everyone who is interested checks with their broker.

I can confirm that the effective date is the 30th October 2020 and the
Record date and time for the AccuStem Entitlement is 30th October 2020 at 7
am. Therefore if you purchase the Tiziana Life Science shares up until close
of business on the 29th October you will be entitled to the new shares.

Suggest you get it clarified with your brokers but that's what they are telling me.

It would take someone ages to buy any sizeable quantity of shares that way. Think it may be either to confuse or some balancing of trades exercise. Just put it out there in case anyone was in the business and knew the answer. Delayed trades by an hour coming through from this morning all buying.
