Most of their income is made through licensing their building system.

The modules are built off site by third party builders and then transported to the building development for construction.

It does look like the ipo will be sometime this year,

They are expending rapidly, have worldwide patents in place.

They are currently raising pre ipo at 85c which would value Leed stake at

about £400k so about £120 for every million shares held.

Could ipo at a multiple of this and of course the price may rise further in the market.

Hopefully the liquidators will sell at an optimum moment to raise as much as they can to distribute to shareholders.
