If they are close to a deal they may be able to negotiate a lower price.

Oil if that is what they want to get back into is probably not the best commodity to be involved with at the moment given the free falling price.

A lot of investors will be taking profits as last trading day of tax year.

Current valuation @ 85 cents (AUS) is about £400,000

IPO @ $1 is about £460,000

IPO @ $1.50 about £695,000

IPO @ $2.00 about £925,000

Of course the IPO could be at a higher price given the rate of expansion.

At the return to shareholders of £30 for every million shares held for each £100,000

realised it could be £300 for every million shares held that we could be receiving.

Or even more.
