I thought the main driver in the sp of any company is income and profits.

We need contracts to generate sales and hopefully profits.

Although the registered office is in Israel, I would think most of the work is outsourced to other countries.

Surely they can’t advertise the bank name until the licence is confirmed?

The future looks much more positive now that the creditors situation has been resolved.

Once one contract is signed many more should follow in quick succession.

Now the company has had their meeting with potential customers the decision to go ahead with a contract(s) should be made very soon. Time is of the essence with the way this industry moves.

I wouldn’t be surprised to have news to this effect within a few days.

Once licences is obtained the lending to businesses will commence.

I assume they arrange third party lending and just take their fee commission etc to make their profit.

They have had six months to do a deal.

I honestly thought we would have had some news by now.

Results are due very soon so we should be updated either way.

I thought that they would have held a larger percentage, however, it is a start in the right direction.

Hopefully getting closer to the contract(s) being signed.

What percentage does one require to have a seat on the board?

I must admit it is very rare for a private individual to acquire a 3% plus stake in a listed company.
