Thanks for the info.

Just looked up why alba bank has lost its licence and apparently it still has one but with restrictions. The maximum they can take on deposits is £50k. The licence is already in place ready for when they become a fully fledged bank

So it seems they are getting everything in place to commence. It's when they do this that they then have an unrestricted licence to take and lend like an ordinary bank. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I need some Beacon suspended today.

It seems that Angus Energy are suspended for the same reason although was six weeks ago.

They could have said EU but said Europe so this new venture could actua be uk based.

So the probable new business is somewhere in Europe.
