I completely agree, because that isn't the issue I described :)
The problem is not total number of shares, but rather the percentage of shares (around 40%) that were the result of recent placings. Those shares are going to be sold over the next few weeks and months, regardless of fundamentals, because that is what generally happens following a placing. It is hard to increase the share price (or the market cap) with that much short-term selling pressure.
BTW I still think buying now is OK if you don't have any better short-term prospects and you are happy to hold for a while.
