Its not a placing and to suggest so either indicates you have no idea how an LTIP works or (more likely) it is a totally misleading de-ramp.

It's a long-term incentive plan (LTIP). A lot of large companies have them to retain key directors. The company I work for has the same. The options become available over time and are only beneficial if the company is doing well. In this case, the share price has to be 27% higher than it is now.

The best part of the RNS though is:
"The Company's practice over many years was to make an annual allocation of options at the end of each calendar year. However, allocations in recent years were deferred pending the announcement that the project financing was proceeding for the Company's Tulu Kapi Gold Project."

He is effectively saying finance is done. Great RNS.

That's why I said imminent was a bad choice of words - it depends on the context. For example, apparently the Earth's magnetic field is overdue for a flip and according to this article it is 'imminent' in geological timescales. That seems to mean the next few thousand years :)

All joking aside, in a drilling campaign that is probably going to take six months in total, a week or two is probably within the bounds of 'imminent'.

The last 7am RNS for Bushranger was commencement of drilling on December 16th. Since then, there have been 19 Bushranger RNS with times ranging from 10am to 5pm. The Eureka update in early Feb was 7am.

The RNS for Bushranger seem to be affected by the time zone difference, so the assays may well be the same.

Yes, that is very unusual, especially with the true ask around 6.67. It's almost like they don't want to be caught with the ask too low :)

Can you go back to the short de-ramps?

My 100k trade at 12.45 hasn't shown up yet on Quotestream.

If trades are being delayed, then that might explain why the share price moves around on apparently small volume (and looks like a tree shake). Maybe the price is reacting to trades but we just haven't seen them yet.

The fact you think share price rather than market cap is the basis for comparison (and that assays don't take weeks) tells me all I need to know about your investment experience in mining companies.

Could you share the analysis on which you based that conclusion?

I have seen tree shakes too many times to doubt they exist, but I agree it is not always obvious whether it is a tree shake or just natural movement. Tree shakes normally see the ask fall on low volume and while buys are going through. They also tend to happen just before news is due because the MMs know they are going to need shares.

I don't think its a major investor as the volume is still very small. Now down 7% on less than 650k shares traded. This is being taken down deliberately rather than due to selling pressure.

Are you honest saying that you have read all the RNS and the company presentations and you cannot see any differences between the situation now and the situation last year?
