I remain convinced this company will attract an offer. However, since I bought at 91p I hope it's over the pound mark. I never really understood the markets reaction to their last set of fantastic results.

I bought these shares for the second time just before their results were announced. This companyhas two attractions for me, 1. Well run and will deliver. 2. Because of point one, has to be attractive to a takeover

It seems, at last, that there are more deals beginning to go through for MDY. Whilst at this level volume and value are always limited, at least there are buyers coming in. I still hope for a recovery.

Hiscox sp is ticking up steadily at the moment and with results due early Sept could be a good one to follow. Any views?

I have long hoped for activity such as was announced this week. Surely with 3i involved the confidence in this company will grow. If they get to 5.5p I break even, so here's hoping

There was an article about a takeover bid looming, hence the rise this morning. Anyone know any more??

Since we have been off line I still rate these shares as a buy on recovery grounds and what the company may talk about when they announce their interims late June. Any other views?

Thanks for posting the articles. I have been so tempted to sell GTL because I have had them for years and only now after bringing the average down substantially am I in profit. However, I have always said that we should wait for the plant to get up and running. These articles give me greater faith. Cheers

GTL. It's interesting that there are now so many people buying into GTL. It just makes me hope that this company is really on the move.

GTL. Yet another good start for GTL after easily accommodating the large sells late yesterday. Let's hope it continues

GTL. What encourages me is the number of purchases being made as opposed to the number of shares. To me, this indicates a greater level of interest in the company.

I have been in with GTL for more years than I would like. I have continued to top up as the price is so low. The key difference now is that they actually have started a major plant in the USA, and the price is beginning to creep ever so slowly forward

we had these in a share club, and made our 25% target, I have watched them for some time and "think" that their sp is eratic - but, with upside yet to be made. I bought this week at 247p and am nervous but optimistic. Cheers
