I've seen a few people ask why they should invest in GDR.

Here's a summary of why I've been here for 4 years and why i believe the transformational news on Wed will only be the tip of the iceberg.

---CYP2C19 - ID Kit---

- JC states at the last investormeetcompany presentation that there is no reason why the CYP2C19 test will not get full recommendation in July

- The world market is worth over £200m per annum

- UK Market £8.5m/ EU £93.5m/ US £67.5m/ RoW £51m

- CE-IVD marking in application process to open the European market

- Some interested parties want to use the CYP2C19 test on a research only basis around Europe

- Stroke incidence on the increase around the UK and predicted to increase by 60% between 2015 and 2035 (due to obesity and ageing population)

- The turnaround time for the labs is 2 days at the earliest - NICE says the test is time critical and must be done much earlier, as stroke patients are at risk off another stroke at this time

- Approximately 100 thousand UK neo-natal admissions per year (GDRs potential market)

- Market valued at +£100m worldwide

- Specialist commissioning is scheduled for April 2025 - though GDR are campaigning for this to happen sooner

An MCAP of £22.27m - massively undervalued when you consider that GDR are on the cusp of real commercial traction.

in answer to your question - we now have a multiple of 3.55 more shares on issue than prior to the fundraise, so yes - we are more of a high speed ferry than a speedboat (in terms of speed of movement for the sp). still not a slow boat to china though. reasons to be optimistic.

50p in the old money would an sp of 14.29p today, and 71p in old money would be 20p today.

a 20p sp today would be an mcap of around £100m.

when you consider we went to £2.00 per share after the beckman coulter partnership and fda application for the covid test, then anything is possible, considering we never actually broke into america in the end. we had a superior test, although the americans preferred homegrown tests and the uk bought cheap chinese lft tests - that's a story for another day.

after nice we will have a guaranteed revenue stream of around £8m per year. and, post validation the nhs are legally obliged to use the test as best practice. patients would be ****ed off and liable to sue if a patient in a non-using trust took an adverse reaction to clopidogrel - wouldn't they - and rightly so!

we also have £5m cash in the bank and the prospect of significant revenue from test and machine sales - remember the factory quality control document! production is being upped considerable.

nice is also the gold standard of clinical validation and will open the floodgates for european and worldwide sales.

15p - 20p is possible - i won't lie - i'll be taking some profit£££.

There have been that many false dawns, that sometimes i've just been glad that the sun came up at all for GDR.

I've watched each meeting, reviewed each RNS, and fished about for any scrap of info on GDR for the last 4 years.

People can't quite believe good news until if lands.

Difference is, that this NICE news will produce real commercially traction, and open doors in Europe and farther afield.

The "Mother Load" will come - i just don't know when, and at what pace in the next 4 trading days.

A 100% or 200% day would not be unheard of with GDR, historically.

Let’s not forget that JC was saying at the last presentation that the i’s were being dotted and the T’s crossed on an American distribution deal and advisor for FDA submission.

Obviously, US partner would have needed to complete due diligence, so the deal has been probably subject to the placing result, that has now taken place.

The phrases FDA or American partner usually sends the SP racing - could be Beckman Coulter as we have had associations with them in the past! Could drop any time, hopefully before the 31st and would present a NICE 😊 platform to bounce of for NICE news - pun intended!

An interesting 🧐 couple of months ahead.

Here's my interpretation - Most important point - after full recommendation (July 2024) before clopidogrel is used for the management of stroke patients within the NHS, the Genedrive® CYP2C19-ID test should be used as the point-of-care ("POC") test - its that simple.

The NHS will no longer have the cost of sending away samples to one of the seven genomic hubs, nor incur the inconvenience of the two day turnaround, at what is a critical time for stroke patients.

This isn't a false dawn or jam tomorrow story - its the real deal and transformational news for GDR!
