I write as a long term shareholder in regards to this mornings GDR Trading update.

I note as background information, from the RNS dated 27th March and titled 'Interim results to 31 December 2024' that the company detailed as a highlight "Inclusion in study aimed at understanding how best to deliver CYPC19 based genotyping at scale throughout the NHS, and accepted on NHS Procurement System (DPS), permitting direct procurement by regional NHS trusts." Further to this, during the One2One Investor Forum on 27 June 2025 entitled "Genedrive CEO on rapid genetic testing rollout", Gino talks about this same NHS pilot aimed at gauging the logistics of CYP2C19 implementation. Gino states the conclusion of this study "should be right about now".

I am surprised that further information was not given in this mornings RNS with regards to the results of the same pilot study, and any dates for national rollout and national commissioning of the CYP2C19 test (a market worth £18m). Can you provide anymore information on this topic? Shareholders are keen to know more on this important company milestone.

Walbrook gave me there usual generic response and said they couldn't give anymore information other than that is already in the public domain.

We have it in the public domain, from Gino in the One2One Investor Forum on 27 June 2025 and saying the pilot study results "should be about now"

They have just had it confirmed that they will receive a £13m income for the next 5 years - the share rose by 140% in an hour and I’m sure there is more to come tomorrow morning.

Not saying we’ll get £13m per annum although this shows what a positive RNS can do for an AIM company with a small MCAP.

It will be the turn of GDR soon 🔜.

Just for your information, I bought in here in November 2020, so have seen all the Covid hype and top-sliced accordingly. Even in the FDA bubble.

Around £67-£70m shares on offer back then FYI.

Better things to come from GDR. World leading adverse drug reaction tests for stroke tests and prem babies - heart disease and internalising patients (anxiety, depression patients will follow in 1-2 years).

The MM’s will take shares from weak hands over the next 2 weeks, then this will 5/6 bag on National Commissioning. Look at HE1 and EME - I’m in both.

I think we can also deduce, from the level of the last fund raise that some better news is imminent. Historically, GDR usually raise funds to cover a year’s cash burn at a time. The £1.23m raised in March this years bucks this trend:

- March 2023: £5.0m raised through Equity Prepayment Facility

- May 2024: £6.0m Fundraise

- March 2025: £1.23M

My preferred option would be a short term commercial loan after National Commissioning. Alternatively, another smaller fundraise (circa. 2M) when the SP is healthier to tide us over to we’re EBITDA positive.

I’d prefer GDR didn’t drop the nominal price and trigger a vote to fundraise at 1p.

I’m thinking the same Bighammer - hopefully we’ll hear soon. Maybe mid-August as some have eluded too.

Stockloss - can you not read - you forgot about grant funding, recurring income, and sales from Italy and Saudi.

What would £5/6 Million annual revenue do for the Mcap going by earnings ratios?

We are currently valued at just under £8m.

Indeed - big re rate on the cards, just like HE1 and EME.

If £4/5million in revenue is attached to National commissioning this could 4/5 bag.

I have been very conservative with my estimates and have only included income streams that have been confirmed by RNS. Additionally, new recruitment may need to be considered, when the advertised roles are filled.

Indeed, National Commissioning would extend this runway further.

It’s interesting that the likes of StockSaint et al., who claim we are running out of money don’t present any alternative figures or corrections!?
