Lets take a look at the current cash runway and funding - i'll take all information from RNS reports for transparency and so people can cross-reference.

- NIHR and OLS Funding Package to address NICE Real World Evidence Generation Requirements for the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 ID Kit. Revenue of £500k over the life of the award, starting 1st November 2024, for a maximum of 18 months (NIHR and OLS funding package RNS - 21st November 2024)

I had thought they might go for a part sale and part keep of the 8.5% myself.

The sale proceeds could allow EME to explore other opportunities whilst the recurring income from 2027 would negate the need for further fundraises.

I'm not sure on annual revenue from existing sites e.g., Manchester, Brighton etc...?

Good question with regards to funding. Personally, i would prefer GDR to procure a short-term loan if needed to tide them over until substantial levels of income start to be generated - which i believe will be soon.

All with National commissioning imminent.

I do know a bit about investing after 35 years - that’s why I spread things between FTSE stocks, unit trusts, ISA’s, AIM stocks and rental properties. I’ve participated in 4/5 placings and I’m not giving GDR anymore money to pay the CEO more than the Prime Minister of the UK.

People do have a choice ProfSPD - i will certainly not be voting for a fundraise below 1.5.

*****Results of Retail Offer*****

Empyrean Energy plc or the "Company" (AIM:EME) is, further to the announcements made on 28 April 2025, pleased to announce the results of the retail offer facilitated by CMC CapX (the "Retail Offer") of new ordinary shares of £0.01p each in the capital of the Company. The Company announces that it has raised gross proceeds of approximately £61,122 through the issue of 67,913,333 ordinary shares at a price of 0.09p (the "Issue Price") pursuant to the Retail Offer, for which acceptances closed at 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2025.

As advised on 28 April 2025, the Company raised £600,000 (before costs) through the issue of 666,666,667 Placing Shares.

Accordingly, the Company has raised gross proceeds of £661,122 from the Placing and the Retail Offer. Pursuant to the Retail Offer, the Company will issue 67,913,333 new Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares").
