It was Conrad that insisted we negotiate our loan agreement, which only produced a reduction of interest to 5% for 6 months. So, are we due to be bought out by Conrad within the next 6 months with a known cost of the loan until completion of the buy out.

Yes, it does make for a better outlook, however, I can never see this getting to 2.5p. Maybe 0.2 to 0.3 at best.

Yesterday's RNS was a bit disappointing for me on a 6 months reprieve on the interest, which does beg the question why? What is being planned over the next 6 months?

What if EME have raised funds at 0.05 and they are being forward sold into the market, with them making a profit selling at 0.0525 - 0.055 and us PI's buying them, thinking this is a steal at this price.
