RE: Anyone seen the rumour of £50 million buyout for EME’s 8.5%6 May 2026 16:58
Richie1132 - you've missed a crucial element in your calculations. If Conrad share of Mako changes from 91.5% down to 22.875%, then our share also changes (divide by 4), from 8.5% down to 2.125%. Therefore, if Conrad get $70 million for their 22.875%, every % is worth $3.06 million, so we get $3.06 x 2.125% = $6.5 million.
