Why have others reported their holdings over 3% if not required?

To be honest, I'm getting fed up with every bit of good news, because every bit of good news results in the share price going down. Makes no sense, thought we would slowly rise by at least 0.01 every time something is announced and stop the traders. Doubt even the traders can trade this anymore. Look at Sirmark, he's now stuck in here until there's a spike, if we ever get one.

He's definitely gone very quiet recently, which, if he hasn't sold at a loss, he is definitely looking at paper losses on some of his shares. Only PANR has risen in the last few weeks.
