I'd be surprised short term as the only way to realise value in those assets is to spend time and money getting them out of the ground or selling them to someone who will do that.

Given none of us know the details of the deal, none can say it has been too fast or too slow. The fact no RNS has been released saying anything to the contrary, one must assume negotiations are ongoing.
When all is finally revealed, there may be valid criticism about how long things have been going on, but until that time, the criticism is unfounded based on available evidence

Anything other than "deal done for $xyz bn" will not move the needle while the war is on. If they legally can, may aswell sit on any good news until the war is not on, then release it all at once
