only just disclosed today on RNS .Mr . thomas alexej hall non exec director of ptec bought 4.2 million shares on 31 january. through a caymen island shell company. surely a clear case of insider trading ? this all really stinks and shareholders left on the sidelines. thought the big pension funds would have highlighted this to the takeover panel.

I THINK A LOT OF THE FUND AND PENSION MANAGERS MAY BE WARY OF A LOW BALL OFFER NOW THAT THE SUM OF PARTS OF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN EXPOSED,ESPECIALLY IF MANAGMENT HAS GOT INTO BED WITH THE STALKERS. I THINK THIS HAS A CERTAIN NASTY SMELL ABOUT IT AND COULD BE VOTED DOWN IF LESS THAN SAY £7.50 PER SHARE.

at a guess, i would say tga has a 5 to 10 year window for maximum coal output. no good solving security later rather than sooner. tens of millions of tons of coal will be lost if not sorted.

we'll probably get an offer next week. if we have a bidding war then could take a couple of months. one way or another will be over inside 3 months.. IMHO

50% of my and my wife's investments in isas , the rest in ordinary dealing accounts. every 5th of april swing over 20k each to keep building it up . started investing 40 years ago when they were called PEPs. got the max. in premium bonds each, everything else taxable, .not complaining....

pop31. make sure your divis in an ISA otherwise you'll lose 40%. not worth it

10% of share price as a guesstimate. 40 to 50 pence. don't think i'll be far off.
