anybody any ideas as to why the drop is so severe. looked everywhere for any clues. nothing

seems some got shafted by their broker. fortunately i got all my entitlements using equi. moved all my accounts when barclays changed their platform to smart investor and made a complete c ck up of my accounts.had to battle with them for 2 yrs and was finally awarded 2k by the pmbudsman .equi are moving my account to ii next month.anybody recommend adecent and inexpensive broker as ii do not come out of this looking reliable
