Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Still adding to holding in PHE. Close to 3% of the fund now. Doubled in about a month.

Increased position over the last few days.
Tatty99, are you applying UK timescales?
My guess is that Poland will move faster than you suggest.
Thanks for correcting me Malachi
BTW
I am far from against green hydrogen. It just really annoyed me that the interviews I saw with Forrest were basically journalists blowing smoke up his backside letting him be very economical with the truth around all other forms of producing hydrogen.
He regularly used the term "burning" for gassification, and referred to everything other than what he does as bull dust.
Bear in mind that this guy pretty much aided China to rule the world with cheap iron/steel. I'm sure he would love to do it again with hydrogen.
What he doesn't do of course is rid the world of waste plastic.
THANK GOD FOR DMG!
Stophe,
Isn't a solution of ammonia in water called bleach? Hardly inert I think.
Fortunately I don't think the process works as you say it does.
Enriching ammonia sounds like something the nuclear weapons industry might be interested in.
Operastar,
I'm sure a chemist will correct me, but I would much rather sit in a bath of heavy oil for 10 minutes than a bath of ammonia
Anyone else think that Forrest's idea of shipping tankers of caustic ammonia around the world is an environmental disaster waiting to happen?
Alkin, I meant no offence to you, and the main reason for my post was the rather poor pun around laughing gas.
I must admit that I have done zero research lately, although I'm happy just to sit tight with my current holding here. I am convinced this share will eventually buy my little villa on the beach somewhere in SE Asia where I can warm my old bones during the UK winters :)
Nitrous oxide, don't make me laugh! ;)
When you burn fuel grade hydrogen you get water
20 years down the road and thousands of DMG's globally churning out hydrogen and electricity.
Not sure inflation on the royalties of the first few matters tbh
0.34% "dilution" or equivalent to 0.000136p price by my calculations. Hardly worth gettingv excited about!
probably issued when the price was 0.4p in lieu of salary or fees
Piemaker,
To maintain your % all you need to do is buy 2000 shares for every million you currently own (cost circa 80 quid).
perhaps this helps to see how the exercise of warrants at .6p, (that were probably issued when the sp was 0.4p) has very little impact on sp in real terms.
No problem sir!
good luck with your investments
Dave
1 Not a placing
2 Miniscule dilution
Why would gardening leave be needed?
Always appreciate the updates LedZep #ThumbsUp!
Dr A
Thanks for explaining that far better than I ever could. Hopefully clears up any misunderstanding out there.

Are you sure DR is retiring?
I thought he as going back to what he does best - running the company engineering without having to worry about all the board stuff?
