I bought in after the initial drop Friday. I actually feel sick at the moment. I think the banking stocks are being shorted to death at the moment. I feel for those that are sitting in a huge paper loss. Thinks will improve, I'm sure of it. The sell off in banking is way over done imo. Good luck all

Osborne 'to make statement before markets open' Chancellor George Osborne's absence from the Sunday political programmes, and the post-referendum debate more generally, has been the subject of a lot of talk. The Guardian reports that he will make a statement early on Monday morning in an attempt to reassure financial markets and avoid a repeat of Friday's volatility. The newspaper quoted a Treasury spokesman saying Mr Osborne would set out how the government intended to “protect the national interest”.

Problem is we don't know how the markets will be this week. We don't want Cir dropping much lower because it's just a bigger gap for us to catch up over the next few months. I'll be happy if we can close at 1.00 on Friday. We just need to get the next few days out of the way so we know where we are. I literally haven't a clue how things will go this week. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

I noticed that in here too. I was hoping a stupendous buy had gone through at the end but no such luck. It's in the 90's on all the other sites and HL that I use. It's down in line with the other ftse shares on Friday. I'm not selling no matter what. I'm convinced this'll recover to 1.60s by Christmas and maybe more. I sold all my rubbish to buy big in here so here I stay. GLA

Total shock for me. I think I'm just going to sit tight. Seems little point in trying to move around any money now. The next few months are going to be too volatile imo so I'm going to cross my fingers and see what happens. Cameron going in October adds to the turmoil so things aren't going to settle quickly.

The bit that niggles me is that the problem was caused by the good results shown by the placebo. The product didn't 'fail' from what I have read. Cir have already said they're going to look through the results again to see if they can figure it out. I wonder if this may come back on the table at some stage ? I might just be an optimist having said that.

My thoughts exactly except for the bit about the dream. I think it'll tick up steadily until we get some more news from the company. They won't leave it long before updating us with further news. In the meantime, if II's continue to buy, it should motor up. Then of course, at these levels, the company's ripe for a takeover. All imo
