There is a significant chance of failure, but the BOD are working in good faith. Clem does know what he is doing as much as anyone in his position.

P+D operations are irrelevant to the underlying business here, but a strong uptick might have the effect of putting the co. on more radars. Any real developments might have large ROI, and I think the strategic market understands that, hence the high volatility.

This company is a great cash generator for P+D. Many investors just scan the daily risers and go by company name alone.

With a little pump, they spot the share, with 'Blockchain' in the name, they buy in a moment of hope. Pumpers get their exit. Another bagholder created. Most holders try to justify their mistake, remain loyal, but do little if any research.

A lot of AIM co's are like this, but keywords in the company name are more effective. A slow steady meander down towards ~ 0 for the sp over a year or two, is the usual result.

It may be just one scenario, but it is typical of many AIM companies. The small shareholders can never bring themselves to sell at a loss and thus think they are 'locked in' forever, as the big operators gradually suck the value out, like a slow bleed.

The most lucrative companies are those with the biggest and best assets, because the story can be told over and over. The assets might always have a lot of potential, but the financial engineering stealthily removes shareholders claims to the value.

This is a staple form of revenue for many operators, because the shareholders might complain a bit, but can never take any effective action (and of course they support he sp by not selling)

The good news is, 0 is the lowest possible No margin calls, unless you count money invested in future top-ups (voluntary).

You should know by now that the censorship here is one of the worst on LSE. I expect it to continue in parallel with slow decline in sp.

I guess you were not positive enough then. This censorship has been going on a long, long time, and the sp has fallen steadily and relentlessly all the time. Maybe there is a connection.

Agree that a Crypto Exchange is the easiest meat right now. Crypto exchanges are not in need of money, or tech expertise, or customer bases, but the real area of contention is going to be regulation. That is a minefield of uncertain terms and definitions which would need a company with extensive legal experience in multiple juristictions.

As yet, there is no evidence that management know or understand much about the DLT environment. This is a fast-moving environment, and the projects with the best brains and potential are not interested in corporate structure. They don't need it, and they don't want to get involved.. The tech is hard to monetise because it is disruptive to traditional business models. I suspect that very little will be acheived here, but I am willing to give it a chance.

Cannons .. I don't really see why Bloc is not a shell. What is the current business and revenue/expenses etc ? Agree blockchain projects are highly valued, but that is a price tag put on newtech expertise and method, not oldworld corporate structure. I believe that is not comparing like with like. Block only has a tiny amount of cash, in a space where tens and hundreds of millions of available investment are commonplace. However, I do agree that any chance of a deal is worth the current sp. Probably a binary outcome, appropriate for the Blockchain space.

Coe : Yes, well, that's emotion then. Ppl seem to think that 'trolls' have something to gain ie shorting or trying to buy at a lower price, but in my experience it is almost never that.. Usually it's merely as pedantic as trying to get others to admit some error or truth.

I wouldn't say the trolls are spouting trash, there might well be some useful true information. The business could still overcome it all, although sp is saying things are not great atm. Having been on both sides of these arguments, I would say that it is mostly emotion talking, and you really have to DYOR.

Never quite sure what the agenda is, but you find this happens on many AIM company threads. The sp usually goes its own way regardless of comment. Everyone is very sure of themselves but you have to take it all with a pinch of salt. I always point out that the sp price trend (medium term, not just a few days) is usually telling all you need to know.
