Ppl never sell on rises. They are always optimistic for more. Similarly, very few cut losses on shares when the price has fallen. IMO, no point in trading this sort of company. Either something good will happen in future, or shareholders will have a total loss. Resign yourself to that, and look elsewhere for your trading. I have invested only what I can afford to lose, and would always advise that.

Posters take themselves too seriously. Purely an attempt to lighten the mood. No such thing as deramping, what a nonsesnse word ! Cash shell is a simple play. Just a gamble on whether or not anything actually happens. RS holds nearly all the shares anyway. Maybe he fancied a bit of cash out at a premium.

Is the value of cash. Worth buying at 3p.

The only thing you might be able to ascertain is whether or not the management/owners are knowing scamming. Otherwise, just roll up and place your bets.

With Blockchain its different. Billions raised on pure trust, with assets you cannot prove or touch. 99.9% of projects will eventually fail entirely (if they are not scams to start with), but amongst the survivors will be Apple and Google size business. Truly it is all but impossible to forecast the twists and turns that will take a business forward.

There is no real indication of the value proposition here. Essentially, buyers are paying for a mystery box, connected with 'Blockchain'. The price was 15p a year ago, and some buyers have paid up to 180p. On sale currently at 58p. The new projects, whatever they are, may or may not help the existing business. It is notoriously hard to monetize Blockchain ideas and businesses, and there is a huge pool of talent competing to do that. Definitely for gamblers, so I'm in for a bit

I think is is so obvious what is going on here.. No deals, no technicals, just waiting for easy hot money to buy the name. The 'Hot Money' in the blockchain space is supremely disinterested in a company name, especially one as tiny as this.

All info is in the price. The sp was around 10p not so long ago, so if it fell to 20p tomorrow, that would still be a 100% rise in a few months.

What value does a listing bring ? Where is the cash coming from ? There is only around 1.5m on the books. In other words, I cannot see what extra value this company can bring to any deal.

Yes. This is a binary play, although why do I get the feeling it is more likely that nothing will happen ? At least if nothing happens it is worth 4p. If there is a project, loss, gearing or dilution could wipe out shareholders

Nonsense. Charts have no bearing on this sp. Why ? 1. It is a cash shell 2. There is no volume to speak of.

paddwah : Of course dilution will be substantial and will mostly wipe out existing holders.. The default type of investor, once they have bought in, always hold on until the price reaches ~0. Telling them what the problems are, and why the price wil never recover, only gets you derided as a troll or 'deramper'. I understand there is a certain satisfaction from trying to help, or failing that, just baitng stubborn posters for sport.

The interview was 4 weeks ago, but the sp fall has only really happened in the last week or so. You could argue that sp actually rose as a result of the interview , although I always avoid making connections between 'news' and sp moves, as it is a minefield of 'ifs and buts'.

What placing price ??

4p is the value if nothing happens. If something happens then it could be more, but remember it could be less as well. Easy to spend money without a return.
