It is a vanishingly tiny amount relative to the speculative funds that tried to get into Blockchain investments today. There were investors trying to allocate bcketloads ( £100's of millions) into the blockchain space today, and that 60k was just a single drop that splashed when one of the buckets was emptied.

Thats what I mean when I say it is unlikely to be connected to any fundamental action.

May be a connection, in fact, quite likely. There will be a number of ppl who know more.

Although it doesn't mean that there is (or will ever be) a deal, but it's a catalyst for speculation.

The test now is to see if there is a pullback when the speculative buyer unloads.

These 'Large trades' are very, very tiny in the overall sceme of things.

The odd few million pounds would be just loose change to spread round a few long-shot companies with Blockchain in the name.

Very unlikely any deal in the offing.

This is just the spin-off from speculative activity. A lot of hot money is washing around.

Considering there will be no prospect of a return within a year, ppl might be better using the remaining money for something else.

Over all the 5 decades I have followed the financial markets and investors in shares, 95% of buyers end up in this postion.. 'locked in' at a book loss, with all their funds invested, and no spare.

Jut one to put away for a year, and write down the cost.

It is the way most small AIM companies are financed over long term. Shareholders have to put up more money , or they get diluted.

The eventual value realised from an asset rarely accrues to long term holders.

I am sure they will be very very generous to existing shareholders. ..otherwise we will stop them doing the deal.

In around 6 months, should be good for 100% return from the last traded price. Exit at 9.5p

Best to go away and not look back at this for a month or two.

I very much doubt anything will happen before Feb. Lower expectations to avoid disappointment.

I think 25p is wildly optimistic. There is not even a certainty that a deal will be done.

Blockchain is not the flavour of the month anymore due to the taint of cryptocurrencies.

The long term might be positive, but I would be satisfied with 10p after any deal is announced. Why would the other financial parties to a deal give away any more than a small return to existing shareholders ? The financial structure will determine the amount of dilution.

Dilution. Then hope for a few months.

After that, more dilution.

Shareholders have no power here. Never do have.

Dilution wil come, and what action can be taken ? The only action that shareholders can take is Buy or Sell.

Look at the history of past years. In fact, it is the history of many small AIM companies. Profits are made by the nimble traders (not that easy), and only the bagholders hold on indefinitely.

I mean where the allotment went, rather than RS original holding which was diluted.

the amendment was confirmed Feb 2018, but I am not sure where most of those shares went, and what his current holding is.

Is BLOC not a little unusual, in that it was not specifically listed as a shell, and therefore does not conform to the free float rules (with Rodger Sargent having 75%+) ?

TBH, no.... I looked into the listing rules and followed some companies that became shells (prior to the issue regulations) years ago, and I assumed it might be a bit different nowadays, but it must still depend on who is negotiatng on each side.

Anyway, I bow to your experience with eager anticipation now !
