You are so wrong, you really have no idea. How many shares to Stobart have? How many would they like to have in the event of acquisition? Those two numbers will be different and there will be a need to acquire more shares. Once any buyer shows there hand, these shares will not be 9p, 12p or 20p. They will be somewhere north of that. A sniff of an offer will send this share up fast.

Trend is volumes dropping and price stabilising. Bodes well for a sustained climb upwards as good news comes in.

As I mentioned before, some II's have a policy of only investing in companies of a certain size and market cap will determine. I have heard of many II's selling simply because market cap has dropped below this threshold. Flyb's market cap is silly low and is likely the reason some II's are getting out.

No matter how strongly you believe this will recover, policy is policy. They must be close to being tapped out for shares, surely?

II's still dumping shares. There is such a large volume being sold that price will be under pressure until they run out of shares. I'm kicking myself a little - I always felt this had 8p bottom written all over it. Jumped in at 9.7p but still very confident I'll make my money on this share. Once the II's run out of steam this will soar. When it turns it will turn up fast.

The problem is we PI's are buying at at the same time as II's are selling up. I'm sure some of you are aware - some II's have a policy of only investing in companies with a certain MarCap. When Flyb dropped many had no other choice but to offload shares. So, here we are. When the II's have done their business the PI's will have their fun.

I am now confident there will be no liquidity issues. It seems there are two possible routes now. Restructure of the existing business (which has already started) and we continue, or a buyer comes in. Either is good news.

S&L is a great solution that suits everyone. If I have £5million sitting doing nothing and the banks are offering 4% (if I'm lucky), then along comes Flybe who offer me a hangar with a guaranteed 10% return for 25yrs - no brainer. Great piece of business and I suspect there are lots of £5millions doing nothing right now that Flybe can tap in to.

I have read all week from various people this will be 20p plus. The cost of restructuring a business like Flybe will be significantly more than the cost of buying it. Think about that. What is this really worth? Don't be surprised if offers are for less than the current SP.

What is a company worth if it is losing money? That's the question. There is no double Flybe will be of interest to someone but why and at what price, that's what you are gambling on. It is a gamble for sure. The hysterical brigade here saying this is a dead cert need to calm down and stop trying to mislead people.
