Re the toxicology results timeline response...Q1 imo is too vague for a response, regarding initial responses show positive reasoning to go forward with CTA. We are advised shareholders interests are a priority. When I was responsible for various public to government military contracts we had dates set for product/service delivery and penalties if they failed to meet them. Q1 is too vague!
Yes I appreciate we are in a 'pandemic' and results have been hampered by this....and we have gone from end of 2021 to Q1 2022.
I'm of a definite opinion the results are being 'stalled' for this and that whilst PH are silent.
How is that beneficial for us shareholders employing a newly appointed joint broker who are supposed to benefit us.
Not going to bang on but when third parties employed by a listed company on behalf of investors money do not respond accordingly with relevant findings they will be dealt with ( if we press the button) a Norwich Pharmacal Order!

We are pleased to report that the final toxicology and safety studies required to file for an exploratory Clinical Trial Authorisation ("CTA") have been completed and we expect the finalised reports in the first quarter of 2022. The data from these studies will be crucial to the progression of this CTA, which we remain on track to submit during mid-2022. While data analysis is still in progress, we are confident that the studies have met their objectives of identifying any organs or tissues that might be susceptible to high-dose toxicity and determining the appropriate first-in-human dose. The spread has been noteable to cause due consideration to new private investors but I'm pretty sure the lths are sat happy and probably causing a headache to PH.

The thing I'm pondering on is the tox results are overdue and if a consolidation as seems to be a noteable discussion point here...well how in a month of Sundays could a consolidation go forward without tox results being released prior?

The world of the rich, quite rich and very rich etc etc has multiple clubs that they are subscribed into if they pass vetting. I find it quite interesting that we have multiple HNWIs that have subscribed to allow Sareum to see forward movement of our ip.
It should also be noted that the last raise included new and existing HNWIs TOGETHER!!!

Hi HBD also it's a bit telling from the last subscription that it is some of the preexisting HNWIs and new (still can't work out if it is a single newbie or more than one newbie joining ) subscriber/s are adding more funds together as a group to show solidarity for sareums ipr and that in order to book Labs and tests we need to have funds in hand.....possibly......the extract is below

Fwiw I'm still awaiting for an expose by Peel Hunt re our primary ipr advancement (including investment) and then with 1802 that can follow in quicktime due to similarity...not forgetting the tweets from Dr Parker that indicated initial positive tox results and their impending full release.
And then secondary investment in the ongoing news flow re 737 and SC tie up with AZ and AZ links to our ipr that spent a bit of time in China.
Surely as a secondary advised corporate broker and the silence from them is a bit deafening given the sp since we took them on?
Also are Hybridan on mute? They did do a cracking report earlier last year that seemed to get buried.
Anyways its an interesting world we are living in, not one if I did a cost benefit analysis on would see me undertake the same path as some government's have undertaken given risk and economic effect. But hey ho.We hold some serious cards at the table.

Seriously nothing from Peel Hunt. Regarding new patent applications and ongoing 737 news. And let's not forget the submarine patent!
What taf are they here for? If a vote cometh forward to support Sareum in a consolidation without tox news that is overdue and PH advising at our cost as a corporate broker that to the potential individual investor that nothing has happened here since they got involved....well I call foul play.

Understanding Brokerage Companies

In a perfect market, where everybody had full information and could act quickly and correctly on that information, there would be no need for brokerage firms. Who knows why we have paid for a new recently appointed well known corporate broker? Maybe the board were bored with the private recent investments and just thought ...hey let's just bring on a new corporate broker after new subscriptions and just discuss what sandwiches we have at the next meeting. The money has gone to research labs! Note the submarine patent scientists named!
Maybe I say it in a conflicting way when I post which has both positive and negative conatations.
But I still post relevance with the ipr and its history and make assumptions on their possible future. I refer to RNSs as they are like a watermark on the corporate responses that are legally accountable. Thus they are very particular.
Imo watch the 737 gain MOMOentum and somehow ALT3 has a bit part. Oh and AZ were involved...But 1801 with its unique opportunities has a twin in 1802 but tweaked so multiple licences available. Which we were advised by the board would follow in quickstep as very similar. So it's like interested parties actually partake in joint research.
