Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
Good shout Ahfam.....and maybe just maybe the world will come to know...;-)
I've never been more intrigued or excited by a company and its ipr before.
And as someone posted before which made me smile Tyk Tock Tyk Tock!!!
Citizen interesting post.
Anyone else think that news release is rather pertinent given Mr Parkers tweet today?
Coincidence or maybe I'm just overthinking.
Yes they love a good excuse to kick a share but given the ipr we have and multiple potentials we should be akin with what's happening at Novacyt today......we will have our day
Just saying. I like to keep an open mind and I'm sure we are in the best hands. But two customers are due for open heart surgery after heart attacks due to clots and a very fit late 60 year old who I've known for decades collapsed with a heart attack. Like I say I'm here re cytokine storms. Tyrosine replaced by uracil and the inability of removed Tyrosine to remove naturally decaying cytosine that if left in the body creates cytokine storms. Bring on the hate responses. But something isn't right. I'm not here for making friends. I'm here for the science. A treatment!
Andy I think they tried kicking the informed and 'happy to be invested ' lths substantial holdings and those recently invested and realised they are not going to get those shares. They are holding for their own reasoning.
Of which i can't disagree with given the science updates here. BTW many thanks for those posts! As Thoth said earlier I think certain mms have tried to manipulate but have shot themselves in the foot. News will come. And imo the sp drop that we had is nasty but a sign of interest.
I feel like I want to sing the Annie song....tomorrow I love you ....but if I state a positive comment here it feels like they just drop the price out of late informed to the ipr multiple possibilities as a spite thing.
Anyway best wishes to all.
Ahfam. Make sure you repost this again tomorrow during wombles (albeit they are diminishing) doing their womble thing. But add at the end what are their thoughts.
Really enjoy your posts along with t2 sog rmm cb amcd cb bob wip maf etc and the recent lths breaking ground. Best wishes to all.
Back to bed. Couldn't help but see what was being said. Il6 is huge ahfam. Spot on
It's hardly surprising we have had the influx of doomsayers. This happened at Novacyt. I mentioned it before. Just look at the RNSs and sp about dec 2019 and onwards. The board was like a womble fest with ups and downs and then whoosh.
They know we know. We know they know we know. But the spiked investors who jump on a lse rise don't know what we know and what they should know. As in a bit of research never hurt anyone.
Back to bed. For what it's worth my missus is snoring! If I prod her I get grief big time. Loving life x
Ahfam. The il-6 still resonates with me big time! I'm off to bed again to read Wilbur Smith. I am amused that some posters can't respond effectively or factually.
Xyerus. That wasn't my question was it!
Hi xyreus I'm struggling to understand your sentiment. You posted this
AGM21 Dec 2018 14:06
I was at the AGM and the positive I took away is that we now have two non-execs who can make a material contribution.
And then yesterday SP added £10k to his holding. And as a NED he is not privy to certain information. But nevertheless he bought in as he imo has a positive sentiment here.
What is your opinion? Sincerely intrigued.
What specifically is making you rather peed off despite the facts we have advancing iprs and significant funding and 737 in trials with AZ drug and 1802 will follow easily on the back of 1801 as very similar and the US updated 1802 patent and submarine patent that has been part made public but now submerged which if you read it means we have any rights to any rights to pharmas using the released science with upfront payments and royalties. And note it is very very hard to prove they didn't use our science.
Greatly appreciate your opinion.
Hi Ndr. It's worth noting that he is a NED and not the only one. This
Shares for non-executive directors—issues and considerations
Meaning of ‘non-executive director’
The general definition of ‘director’ is not exhaustive. The Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) provides that the term director includes any person occupying the position of director, by whatever name called. Thus, it includes both executive and non-executive directors (NEDs).
Executive directors are generally authorised, either by the company’s constitution or by devolved authority from the board, to carry out the day-to-day operation of the company. As such they usually have a full time service contract
And this
NEDs generally:
have no executive authority
play a critical part in the corporate governance of the company, and
are not employees of the company
So imo he actually did what some of the others couldn't. It was as if the founders were sending the best message they could without being held liable for NDAs and the recent ongoing sp conflabs.
Happy here.
Rio interesting point re Agile. This is from the 25th May RNS. Note before HNWI Subscriptions!
As noted in the Interim Results, initial results from this research are encouraging and demonstrate that SDC-1801 reduces the levels of cytokines associated with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in human lung cells infected with SARS-CoV-2.
If the completed studies are successful, the Company plans to explore the possibility for further UK government funding from the recently launched AGILE clinical development platform, which has been established to fund Phase 1 trials and fast-track the development of potentially ground-breaking Covid-19 treatments. These activities are expected to run in parallel with the broader SDC-1801 dedevelopment plan.
Also the shenanigans I mentioned last night this
Ndr some here twist positive progress and ipr improvement into 'questionable ' forward progress. At no point has Sareum ipr been seen less than groundbreaking. If this dosnt go up tomorrow based on ipr then I will eat my underwear.
Happy to advise I'm eating sausage (local butcher ones! Amazing) chips and a fried egg tonight.
So I'm assuming they were happy to sell subscriptions at 8.25p as deemed a right price and I can't see why we don't atleast get to that again!
Sneckie I can make adverbs and redpind to a newly cult additon . which appeared by chance !? Seriously just fo!
Watching all of your next posts. With legitimate reason.
Ndr some here twist positive progress and ipr improvement into 'questionable ' forward progress. At no point has Sareum ipr been seen less than groundbreaking. If this dosnt go up tomorrow based on ipr then I will eat my underwear.
Nsr its about ipr improvement. Funny that the debacle here creates discern and the sp drop re approved HNW subscriptions seem irrelevant and the improved ipr patents stand for nothing!
Details of the CRT License Agreement and the Amendment
Pursuant to the CRT License Agreement, Sierra made a one-time upfront payment of $7.0 million to CPF in October 2016 and paid $2.0 million to CPF in January 2017 for the successful transfer of two ongoing Phase 1 clinical trials. Sareum received a total of approximately $2.5 million from these payments.
Under the terms of the original CRT License Agreement, additional milestone payments of up to an aggregate of $319.5 million were payable to CPF upon the achievement of certain developmental, regulatory and commercial milestones, including a milestone payment of $7.5 million upon the dosing of the first patient in the first Phase 1 trial of SRA737 in the United States, and a payment of $12.0 million upon the dosing of the first patient of a randomised Phase 2 trial of SRA737.
Pursuant to the terms of the Amendment, Sierra and CPF have agreed to a decrease in the additional milestone payments of up to an aggregate of $290.0 million that may be payable to CPF upon the achievement of certain developmental, regulatory and commercial milestones, including a milestone payment of $2.0 million upon the dosing of the first patient of the first trial of SRA737 following the Amendment.
In the event that the milestone payment for a milestone event, as defined in the CRT License Agreement, becomes due, but no milestone payment for an earlier milestone event has been paid, then the milestone payment attached to the earlier milestone event will automatically become due and payable contemporaneously with the payment for the later milestone event. Sierra will accrue for any future milestones payments once they are considered probable of occurring.
In addition, Sierra remains required to pay CPF, on a product-by-product and country-by-country basis, tiered high single-digit to low double-digit royalties on the net sales of any product successfully developed.
Sareum continues to be eligible for 27.5% of the economics of the CRT License Agreement, as amended
My goodness. The comments. Ndr you do realise that the recently updated 1802 patent will be supported by the similarlity to 1801.
What is happening here!?
Fair shout ndr. I will respect your post. But if I might entertain a different opinion. The BOD IMO are aparty to NDAs and have proved they have funds to progress irrespective of any takeover.
Yes I can pretty much read and respond to the RNSs off by heart. A previous job supplying first class MOD unique equipment to specialist departments and investigated by PFG was my job. I had to explain and prove everything in a contract. Also went multinational.
I'm on this like a mf. I'm older and wiser and will not allow the likes of naive individuals dispute the mc here.
Just record the negative posts with no supporting backup to support their posts and record their comments . It's within the lse protocol. Then we can ask lse to reveal why said individuals for legal reasons were not dismissed. Similar isn't it that the Telegram group keep quiet and say they can't respond on a public forum. Funny that since that was advertised that we got whipped here!Hope they aren't linked to PH!
I'm not upset but this
Sareum's CSO, Dr John Reader, commented:
"We are pleased to confirm the grant of this US patent for SDC-1802, adding another layer of protection around this promising candidate in key territories. Our SDC-1802 programme is in preclinical development currently and we are designing the translational studies needed to define the optimal cancer application prior to completing toxicology and manufacturing studies. We look forward to providing further updates on progress as we achieve key milestones."
Hold hold hold.
That certain investors page said we were at a loss of profits despite the fact the money raised is involves in
we are designing the translational studies needed to define the optimal cancer application prior to completing toxicology and manufacturing studies. We look forward to providing further updates on progress as we achieve key milestones."
Irons in the fire!!
This is getting boring and the new posters are getting weak in their prescripted reasons to denounce sareum.
But nevertheless the BOD need to make a statement
Obtain a pecuniary advantage by deception
Here the pecuniary advantage is the **opportunity to earn remuneration in an office or employment. Deception means any deception whether deliberate or reckless by words or conduct
I'm on this big time. Talk about whatever some wish to as it's a discussion board.
STILL NO WORD DESPITE ADVISING OUR IPR PATENTS AND NEW PATENTS UPDATES ADD VALUE TO THEM!
Our RNSs supported the subscriptions at the price paid.
Sareum BOD make a comment or get ready for dissection of your RNSs and legally binding comments re subscriptions.
