Very few people understand how ridiculously cheap these shares actually are . Opportunities like this are very rare and I believe that there will be a lot of people that are going to regret not having the courage to commit. I am telling you now that within the next 6 - 12 months these share will be worth at least 25 times what they are now. This is the biggest investment that I have ever made in my life and I have staked my reputation on it as I have convinced practically every one of my friends to buy them.
Just look at the facts. Four weeks ago the Omani’s just bought 24% for at least 48 million. They wouldn’t have done that if they didn’t know what was going on.
Odey has his own reasons for keeping the price low.

Yes. 10p is ridiculous. Most of the bigger investors were paying over 40p a share even before we knew the the roasters were actually going to work. Just relax Trade Hobbs, Im not sure how much you have invested in this, but whatever it is you’re going to do extremely well. I admire all the research that you have done over the last few weeks.

I think more and more people are starting to realise now what an opportunity this actually is. I got involved in this about 2 and a half years ago and between me and all my friends and contacts we have probably invested around £400,000 at an average price of 30p. None of us have sold and didn’t even contemplate selling when we knew of the delisting. I have always had a lot of confidence in SPMP.
it’s a world class asset.

The current share price is because the sells far outweigh the buys. As moon keep telling everyone, Odey management had to sell part of their holdings that were held in SIPP’s etc. On top of this a lot of the minority investors had to do the same. The MM’s were obviously informed of all the stock that needed to be sold and immediately brought the price down. Many investors then panicked and sold their shares as they were convinced that it would go down to nothing. Then we also have investors that don’t want to be invested in a private company and possibly have their money tied up for what could be a long time. And regarding buyers, there are very few people that actually understand the opportunity here. I think that I understand it more than most and even I am asking myself am I missing something here.
But I really don’t think I am, I believe that this is a rare opportunity to make a serious amount of money. He who dares wins.

So based on our current market cap it means that SPMP is worth around 10 million. Not bad considering 216 million has been invested so far.

He brought absolutely nothing to Tri Star. Good riddance if you ask me. I’m sure he’s picked up a few of these cheap shares though.

Director Changes

Tri-Star Resources plc (AIM: TSTR) announces that following the result of the General Meeting held on 2 December 2020, which approved the cancellation of the Company’s admission to AIM and the subsequent reregistration of the Company as a private company, Adrian Collins has stepped down as Chairman and director of Tri-Star.

David Facey, CEO, commented, “We would like to thank Adrian wholeheartedly for the commitment, experience and wisdom that he has brought to TSTR and wish him well for the future.”

At what time did you buy the two lots of 100,000 shares.
It seems strange that LSE haven’t reported the trade yet. I also bought a further 75,000 shares yesterday afternoon at 2.6 and that hasn’t been reported either by LSE. it seems like they are holding back reporting many of the buys.

But for us isn’t it irrelevant what price we exit at. I certainly wouldn’t consider selling my shares even if it moved up to 20p just before delist. Even though I’ve picked up some of these cheap shares my average is still around 30p. I am very confident that there will be a very good return for investors that see this out to the end.

In my opinion I don’t think that he is intending to rob the minority shareholders of their shares. Over the years he has probably advised many of his business acquaintances to invest with him in this project. It just wouldn’t look good if he was to cheat them out of their shares. I do think though that it is in his interests to keep the price low when it delists
As we all know the price is dictated by supply and demand. At the moment there are too many investors including his fund having to sell their stock and not enough new investors understanding the potential. This may change as we get closer to the 10th Dec. Once the stock dry’s up it will move upwards very quickly

I think it’s just that people don’t understand the opportunity. And when long term investors try and explain the trolls suddenly appear and scare them off.
All my friends are in it now so the SP is really not relevant

Paid out £1,950 for 75,000 shares. Wait about 6/9 months and collect anything between 40 and 100k

As we expected, it’s delisting. Realistically it’s the right thing to do, especially for Crispin Odey. I personally think that the deal that Tri Star negotiated with SPMP was a very good deal. For us to have retained the 40% holding in SPMP we would have needed to put in at least another 48 million. The share price was around 30p at the time so in order for us not to get diluted we would have needed to put in a further 150% At the time I had 60k worth is shares so I personally would have needed to put in another £90k. That was not an option for me and I think most investors would have had the same problem
So for us to now have a guaranteed 16.3 % without any further dilution no matter how much is required to get this to 100% capacity it a great deal. I’m sure that Odey has a plan and I think that all that sail with him will end up being very happy. GLA

The moment the RNS was announced the MM,s lowered the bit to 3.65. So unless the sold before that they won’t have made much profit.
