I find it hard to believe that any would be selling their shares today knowing what’s coming.
Why would they, I mean if they don’t rise considerably over the next week or so they never will

You would think that today has to be the last day to buy at this level. Very surprised that you can still buy @1.32. For me the most comforting thing is the fact that the directors are putting so much of their own money in.

People are selling because they are clueless. Unfortunately AIM is full of day traders and clueless investors. This is exactly the reason that 4d is moving on to the Nasdaq and is replacing these fickle investors with knowledgeable long term investors with bigger holdings.
These guys know what they are doing, that’s for sure. Great move to get the placing out of the way now and not giving the PI’s any shares at 1.10. This is the best stock on the AIM market. Good luck to all the long term investors

There is no way that they will do a fund raise until they are happy with the price. My guess it will be at an absolute minimum of £2

Now we definitely have a date that is only weeks away I think there will be a lot of buying over the next couple of days. Investors won’t to to miss out on the re rate.

Sang1 is definitely a shorter or is working for some entity and trying to keep the price down so they can load up.
You will notice that each time he is accused of his subtle negative comments he either goes quiet for a while or his posts become a little more positive. He makes out he’s been an investor since 2017 and he is still invested.

Duncan needs to do what’s best for 4d. He needs solid investment, not day traders. What happened after the IBS results must of shook him. This is why he’s going to the Nasdaq. There is still a short window of time to get involved before Woodford and the Nasdaq listing.

Reading between then lines in looks very much like 4d will be on his hit list

I wonder why we have all these posters at the moment subtlety encouraging us to sell are shares. Why are they bring so helpful ? The news that we have all be waiting for must be getting very close.

It looks like all the big players have now managed to pick up the stock that that they wanted. It’s definitely been kept down over the last couple of months and they have slowly but surely extracted it away from the smaller investors. The MM’s will allow it to move up now.
