As can any and all exhortations to "remove your stops", anything about "1-trades", "limit sells to stop your shares being lent to shorters", "buys are sells", "sells are buys", "shorts are burning", "weak hands", "MM's playing a blinder", "being held/walked down", "they want your shares", etc etc etc.

It's all nonsense and can all be ignored with complete safety..!

There is plenty of useful information here - some excellent google research skills on display - and that makes following the 'board worthwhile.

Lochranzalad you can’t compare share prices like that. A company with a higher share price isn’t necessarily more valuable than one with a lower share price, because the two companies may have different numbers of shares in issue.

NCYT has 71m shares in issue. ODX has 179m.

I thought that the sensitivity figure from the trial was 98.03%. Where has this 97.7% come from? Sounds like a problem if correct...

The idea that placing a limit-order will prevent lending is a piece of bulletin board nonsense. It's up there with 1-share trades, cunning market-makers showing my buy as a sell, they can see your stops and all the other tripe that gets trotted out here endlessly...

If Arran's shares are held through one of the mainstream brokers it is very unlikely that they will be available to shorters, because the t&c's of most mainstream brokers explicitly preclude lending.

Of course Ian Lauder says that. He is employed by LSE to sell their services - including L2 data..! He's not offering a dispassionate assessment of the utility of L2 data, he's SELLING it...

In an ideal world the would-be influencers (+ve and -ve) would naff off and leave the discussion board to those looking to discuss. However this is 2020 where influencing is considered a valid activity, even a vocation, so it's not going to happen...

Interesting battle playing out here. Results look pretty good relative to expectations.

Shadowfall "bear raid" looks weak. The analysis is stale and repetitive, and the principal issues appear to be being overcome. I think Shadowfall will capitulate - they may even have rolled the dice again this morning to get themselves a chance to buy their way out; perhaps an order is being worked now?

The longer term prognosis for the company looks ok to me, albeit some discount should be being applied in terms of general trading conditions through the pandemic.

I think this is a reasonable place to buy in, and have done exactly that.

I agree with MB. Recruitment and training looks to be a meaningful constraint here as evidenced by the various job adverts. It is not easy to find and recruit the right people for skilled and semi-skilled production roles, especially perhaps if you are located in an area that is not replete with peers from whom you can poach. This may be the principal reason for any perceived delay, including in the MHRA approval process.

The appearance of genuine long-term institutional investors on the register would be a pivotal moment for ODX. As a poster above says, it is possible that this may be achieved through placings at some point - perhaps when further funding for expansion is required. The company remains thinly capitalised in the context of the development scenarios discussed daily here! However, if Richard Sneller is still a seller (I’d ignore all of the “charity” gloss that’s been applied to this) then his holding is another possibility for the company’s broker to get someone in, albeit one that would do nothing for the company in terms of funding. Perhaps a combination of the two? We’ll see. At a market cap of £100m+ the challenges for company advisers (particularly their broker) start to become more demanding. It’ll be interesting to see whether they stick or twist in this regard also.

Presentations like the one announced today can't contain new market sensitive information. Such information has to be RNS'd first.

No conclusions - positive or negative - can be drawn from the announcement that the company is making an investor presentation, other than that the company wants to communicate with its investors in a variety of formats.

Posters suggesting otherwise can be safely ignored.

My favourite contributions are those where the poster tells us breathlessly that they’ve spent all morning spoofing dummy trades on HL’s platform, and that it is now “NT to buy” etc etc etc

Plus the endless garbage about 1-share trades, tree shakes, held back for their mates, buys reported as sells etc

I think we have just to accept this Type of BB “content” as characteristic of AIM shares where the holders are predominantly PI’s. It doesn’t do anyone any harm in the end does it? In amongst the detritus there is some good information to be found.
