@soletraderbl1..It may be because we have a CEO who appears to be move interested in his LinkedIn and Instagram votes than running a successful FTSE 250 company in a professional and coherent manner? Of Course the Independent Board of Directors is supposed to hold the CEO to account and ensure that the CEO is acting in the interests of all shareholders, but it seems on the face of it the Chairman and Independent Directors have abandoned their duties of Corporate Governance and codes of practice?

The only time anyone else has ever managed to devalue a company overnight by such a huge amount, with a single stupid remark was Mr Ratner and his cheap tray gaff wasn't it...? Agree very much, granting the CEO and 'exclusive' 200 million share discounted rights issue (as that's what it was or call it a CLN if preferred) is borderline 'fraud' for all other investors, especially private investors who weren't even offered any part of it! Coming back to the the alleged slip of the tongue profit remark at the conference call, how do you wipe £225 million off the company's valuation for that single 'slip of the tongue?.. We're talking about devaluation that is bigger than most company's outside the FTSE 250..?

The only person it seems to have forced out the PI's to accumulate yet another 200 million cheap discounted shares to replace the ones lost during the demerger, is the CEO isn't it?.. As for the Q4 conference call, was it a deliberate case of sabotage?
