I thought it was illegal to buy in blocks of 25,000 or such like? My brokers have informed me that you must put an order in for the full amount you are planning to purchase to prevent market abuse?

I would like to congratulate APN's management team for a job well done, whereas The Totally Incompetent CEO and management team at THG have done the entire opposite.

The CEO and Chairman have turned what on paper should be a fairly decent investment case, but greed and incompetence in both of those current appointments is why the company, with two global leading brands ( I quote the management), is at 25p and has a market capitalisation of circa £330 million equal to that of its peer APN, who's size by turnover is just 6% of THG's. Trully a shocking reflection on the CEO wouldn't you say? JAO Adyor!!!

APN on the rise again today on no news, just about to overtake the entire THG group valuation of £330 million each. There's APN with a massive £11 million profit on just £99 million annual turnover 🤣 ..you couldn't make this stuff up..! The management over at APN must be laughing at Matt don't you think? Selkirk's recent (fake?) offer for THG My Protein upto £600 million, rejected by MM and the BOD like previous offers as "Significantly undervaluing the division and brand" in so many words very much like the Apollo offer of 170p/share rejected by the CEO and his BOD etc for the same reasons was it not? .THG total current company valuation (including My Protein and Beauty divisions with total sales £1.72 billion) as of 6th May 2025 £320 million, just compare this to THG's My Protein Nutrition Sales circa £600 million last year with a current market valuation of that business at just around £90 million today. (Represents only 1/3 of THG's total business as per Full year 2024 results. Whereas below comparisons showing just how significant THG's total business is undervalued to its peers, i.e.

APN Sports Nutrition Sales 2024 circa £100 million (1/6th of THG Nutrition sales).

Sports in Science Sales 2024 circa £52 million. 1/12th of THG Nutrition sales).

RevB Revenues annual sales for FY25 £141.6m, down 26% year-on-year. 1/4 of THG Nutrition sales).

The combined sales of these three other UK listed Nutrition and Beauty companies is just £292 million compared to THG's Nutrition and Beauty annual sales of £1.72 billion, yet those 3 companies have a combined valuation of over £400 million compared to THG @ just £340 million...THG's current market cap looking more ridiculous every day considering how well it is progressing with big international partnerships in bothof its Nutrition and Beauty brands according to THG's recent annual report presentation and conference call. Yet £700 million of gross profit appears to be dissappearing into a black hole? ... How can the CEO of a FTSE 250 company be the CEO of Ingenuity a private company with exclusive contracts with THG? Where was the due diligence by the BOD, Chairman and NED's etc to ensure shareholders were not short changed by the Ingenuity demerger contract with THGRemainCo? Lots of questions for the AGM. Didn't THG report 42% gross Margin about the same as APN, but somehow APN made £11 million net profit from just £99 million annual sales, but THG managed to make a net loss from £1.72 billion annual sales with £700 million gross profit on those sales...? Can't figure out Selkirk? Why would a bunch of high net worth investors float a company on the stock market to launch a fake bid unless MM has some control over these individuals, if so what? How can that be ethical if MM is seen to be controlling what goes on at Kelso as well seeing as the Chairman of THG is supposed to ensure the CEO of this FTSE 250 company is behaving responsibly? The NED's seem to have lost control of the situation? If any other company had a £600 million bid for a division that is currently valued at circa £90 million then the SP would have shot up to reflect that..????????? Adyor

It doesn't matter if PE won't touch this with a barge pole...the question is, is there an accounting fraud going on? Sureley if £1.72 billion in annual sales are resulting in £zero profit despite what was stated by the Chairman and CEO prior to the demerger, i.e. "THG RemainCo would be HIGHLY PROFITABLE". JAO Adyor.
