$12.4 + $13.2 at todays share price is how many more shares to issue?

Another year of losses and Draper keeps his job
Madness
When canmax take PREM to court both in singapore and zimbabwe, how much will they need to raise for court costs?
£400k about right?
Zim court will likely suspend any operations and access to the mine, im not sure they would confiscate it right away but thats always a risk when dealing with the chinese in Zim.
Good morning,
This is your daily reminder that Winnifrith was correct and some of you owe him a public apology.
There is no value to ramping a bad investment, other people may fall foul and lose money.
Honesty and integrity are much valued
COPL has been an investment disaster
As per Winnifriths daily email -
“ Today there is news of more conversions at a level where the forward sold shares cannot surely be sold at a profit?”
Buyer beware
0.56 looks a good price to sell at, all roads point towards both the shareprice dropping and the company having months if not over a year of problems to sort out.
Watch the interview with the plant manufacturer, they where clever with wording, no commitments, no quality of product guarantee.
I would have expected an announcement by now regarding off take
Canmax is the best and easiest company (govt contacts, location and facilities) to buy PREMs product.
That fact has not changed.
Canmax are doing what 99% of Chinese buyers are doing, acting in self interest, happy to see PREM go bust and pick up the asset for pennies, willing to use all leverage legal and illegal including the government and as a by product legal and police resources to frustrate and hinder.
Nothing what has happened so far is a surprise to anyone who has dealt with the Chinese in Africa.
Although I’m told it’s not much different in Sri Lanka and other parts of Asia where China have grown influence.
I doubt canmax will buy up more shares for a hostile takeover, that’s not how Chinese firms normally operate in these circumstances.
They tend to pounce when a partner is weak, let them suffer and pick it up the asset for free or pennies with the help of the local government
As PREM are in Zimbabwe local government help won’t be a problem

PREM May be more concerned about the mining permit and the small print, is there anything in there that states if we are not at 100% or not turning over a certain sales or taxation then we are at risk of government (canmax) confiscation?
PREM are not in a neutral territory having a public fall out with a potential seller, PREM are in Zimbabwe and will soon enough be fighting against the government and supplier.
look up how other miners who have fell foul of the Chinese in Zimbabwe have ended up?
The ZIM govt are corrupt to the core, the Chinese are the biggest payers so they get the support and perks of the state. It’s important shareholders don’t deny this reality.
This is the cost of opening a mine in the worlds worst country for mining.
