A few questions if I may?

How strong are the links between the BOD and the Moz govt? (This is key as you can rest assured the Chinese links will be strong).

Is there any actual evidence (primary or secondary) that NCCL are negotiating with the Chinese?

If the Chinese negotiation rumour is to be believed, what do you expect the agreed SP for buy out to be?

If the Chinese negotiation rumour is false, what possible action could the BOD have been taking?

Have the BOD got any outstanding warrants and when do they expire?

Does NCCL have enough funding to last until the next financial year?

Am I the only one surprised this share hasn’t taken off?

Current BOD need to sell the long term vision to the market.

By the end of 21 , one would hope the following have been established

1. ASX relishing

2. Mauritania production plan with dates

3. Update on Swedish claim

Simply too many shares in issue to move the SP upwards at any decent rate.Ideally BIDS would* get rid of JD* create some good long term clients and income streams* create a year or two of solid profits* use solid profits to do a share buy back , or even a share consolidation (turn 10 into 1).* list in the USA* continue to develop and specialise in new tech

Do some forum contributors understand, one of the main reservations about investing in Petro Matad is the BOD.

Is this a good investment opportunity or is it doomed to failure?
I can make an argument for both cases.

Yes there are potential upsides but also potential negatives.
One thing that is crucial, company needs to make production happen with or without their involvement (sell) or it a all been a waste of time.

Is it blatant ramping on the ADVFN boards in favour of this company?
They only talk about the POTENTIAL upsides, about Phase 2 and beyond and yet Phase 2 has not had a mention for over a year from the company (please correct me if I have missed it).
