Still nothing from Halifax. I do find this annoying. The overall market is down last couple of days so the money back or just to know how many I have actually been allocated would be rather nice to know. I too called the friendly chaps at Halifax yesterday and was told today (yesterday) or tomorrow (today) would be sorted. Is it that difficult to organise ???!!!

In accordance with the terms of the Open Offer, as the Excess Application Facility was oversubscribed, the applications from Qualifying Shareholders for Excess Shares have been scaled back pro rata to the number of Excess Shares which Qualifying Shareholders applied for, and any monies received in respect of unsuccessful applications for Excess Shares as a result of such reduction will be returned to the relevant Shareholders.

Waiting patiently to see the words "over-subscribed", "cornerstone investor", "transformational", "company making".......0.20 would be 5 for a penny. Seems a nice number.

My account been credited with all what I asked for and I was pretty greedy I have to say. Let hope there is no scale back, but would have thought they wouldn't put them in my account unless they were sure !!! FINGERS CROSSED
