Solg told the market tranche 2 was conditional on an updated IPA.

How long do investors here think our cash will hold out if the election causes a delay to the IPA being ratified? FN provided a bridging loan last time because they were involved in the process of agreeing the stream deal. Doubt they'd loan again if it's a government hold up behind the lack of progress. Unless the latest polls are way out, I can't see this being ratified this year, so (according to solg) no second tranche in 2025 as predicted.

Didn't see any replies to my concerns about failing to get the IPA ratified if there's a change in government or a lack of working majority. Solgold tell us it is necessary for the second tranche of FN/O cash, so any delays will burn through the peanuts we got for 160m of our shares pretty quick. No wonder investors with sense are steering clear for now.

Solg tell us they need an amended IPA to receive the next tranche of FN/O cash. Whichever party wins at the weekend is going to end up in coalition. Are genuine investors (pipe down rampy fools, we know you don't know) worried what a lack of unified majority might mean for getting any agreement ratified?

I did not buy £100k worth of any share this week. I own (check previous posts) just under £90k of solg which is a comparatively small investment, because it is only a hedge against an unexpected rise. I will make a much bigger investment when I'm confident we've hit the bottom and been as diluted as we're going to be.

We're not there yet.

Could I take my investment out? Sure. But it's only small, and is only there to safeguard against an unforeseen TO.

A few was exactly that. I've held my small pot for years in case of a rise, but I'm not going to throw big money at this whilst there's still a very real risk of failure.

My experience is pretty simple. Your desperate ramping, on the other hand, smacks of someone who was persuaded by the brainless crowd to throw all of their available cash at this dog and is now hurting, hence you telling people it was a good idea to load up at 8p when I clearly told them it was going into the 5s. My small investment (sub £100k) is to ensure I get paid if something unexpected happens and the price rises. If I thought for a second it was likely I'd throw big money at it, but as pbow says, I'm not losing sleep over the prospect because it isn't happening soon.

So pbow believes the IPA is signed and ratified, or 100% will be by the next government, or it doesn't matter because FN/O won't demand it before sticking in another tranche of cash.

Mercifully I've only kept a small hedge against increases here for a while now. I'm not one of the loons topping up when there's so much uncertainty about the future of the company.

That rns was written after (apparently) months of dd. If it contains mistakes, that is the worst possible indictment of solg and it's management. Companies that stupid aren't allowed to be worth even 10s of millions by the market, and they will fail.

Or the RNS is right, and we're not getting tranche 2 until long after the Jiangxi giveaway cash dries up.

Brace for a raise, and keep powder dry if you don't want to further reduce your stake.

Conveniently for those who think everything's fine 🙉, the RNS is wrong. Solg said they needed government sign off to access the next round of cash, but actually we definitely don't. So the major barrier to progress presented by Gonzalez winning the presidency (or Noboa hits an impass with no majority) isn't a thing.

Only in the case of warintza, Solaris needed the government to sign the IPA... So if tranche 2 depends on an amended IPA, and a new government might avoid signing anything until it has done some reviews... Where does solg get its op cash from? Maybe a kindly uncle? Or a community credit union? Or a punishing print of shares that dilutes current investors even more than the release of shares owned by the company at bargain prices last month?

What do they want to see in the undated investment protection for tranche 2, pbow?

So if Gonzalez wins, and in an effort to appear judicious (/support the constitution) her team delays any progress on mining concessions, how do you think this will impact solg receiving the next tranche of FN/O money? The recent emergency sale of shares to Jiangxi won't keep the lights on long, and we won't get the same bridging loan if it's our failure to meet deadlines that's at fault.
