How is it a done deal if he is there in person to lobby? You think they have done everything but just not signed it... I highly doubt that. How is his message not market sensitive? It basically states there is a delay to approval which he has gone to India to sort out. I'm not sure that's the kind of pressure the GOI respond to, even if they like our CCS. They hold all the cards here, whether we like it or not. Whole thing has been so badly handled.

I was half expecting an RNS this morning to clarify the situation and attempt to stop any sell off. I guess there is not much they can say if they don't actually know when approval will land. It took a ridiculously long time last time and I hope the join up of Selan and Antelopus isn't slowing/complicating things like someone else suggested might be the case. July was my most pessimistic guess of approval lol. Carrot is looking to be more accurate at the moment!

Exactly Gordon, it would be very unprofessional to send messages to individual investors about the GOI approval, so I sincerely hope it's not genuine.

I don't think it will fall much more than 10%...people will start buying in again. News could still drop this week, although doesn't seem the market believes that.

Thing is, I feel Gordon is right and SYN actually don't have any firm idea when approval will be confirmed, although we'd be forgiven for thinking otherwise.
