I think this will be re- rated now given reducing debts by 500m + new ceo who has extensive experience in the Africa ; more likely it will be take over target and they will be actively looking to sell ... my target at minimum 60p as starting point could go £1+
Holding both, in my view they are seriously undervalued! Both should go above 50p soon ... both low cost producer , only issue they have large debts, but they have good cash flows and plan in place to tackle ! So don’t see point selling at this price for small profit ... when both were below 16p( tullow was at 12p) I quoted WB famous comments “ be brave when others are fearful”
It is still applied ... hold tight and you have you will be rewarded !! DYOR

I made two comments yesterday that panic selling and overdone , it is bound to bounce. Next Monday in OPEc meeting SA n Russia may agree a deal which will take all oil shares to where it should be , at least another 50%. ... PMo and Tullow is my favourite/ high risk / high return! Either of them could be take over target
Now Tullow ticks all the box for takeover , it has solid asset, low cost with 245mb proven resource + has partner like total , CNOC! Anything is possible, it’s too cheap now! Hold it and sit tight !
How long the co can sustain with this level of cash ? I would be interested to see at what price they raise cash or is there any other source without diluting share price ?
“The Company can also confirm that as at 31 January 2020, its cash at bank was £1.53 million and the available cash from its banking facilities was £0.72 million; a total of £2.25 million available to the Company.”
You will see whether it’s a joke or not when market open in mid February! I am a assuming you don’t any holding or read latest RNs where independent resource estimate shows over 76mbo, it also has potential of over a billion bo, it could be massive ! Worth taking the risk and taking this joke seriously! DYOR
Mid feb trade resumption.... opening price 30p31 Jan 2020 09:40
Excellent Update on 23rd Jan, LKA confirmed 76mbo of contingent resource gives NPV of $595m alone , form out discussion underway too ... when open SP should fly
At this price Tullow is too cheap given it’s production level , profitability and cash generation and this is the time usually offer comes ! Hoping an offer from a bidder ranging from £1.30 to £2...
It’s clear market makers are playing with this shares , brining floating between 40p to 68p! When it goes up it will go straight to 90p and gradually to £1.50+
