Today’s RNS says “ Farm-out process is actively on-going.” Current share price will be a long distance memory when BOR strikes a deal...... it was above 80p n has the same asset just need oil price to go above $70 Couldn’t resist but topping up !

Agree ... Ameer is solid long term investment, fundamentals is strong a cash cow with no debts ! It has to be re-rated at some point or a take over offer may come anytime from big player like Occidental! My target is min 30p with potential to go above 70p

Agree... just topped up at 5.80! It took 10 min to be executed, short of supply I guess? Any update on Newmont progress it will shot up as limited number of shares! Another SOLG hopefully

As I said in my previous post the fundamental is very strong with no debts, generation profit, low cost producer, on top of this now they have Occidental who out €99m, fully funded and new discovery! Huge potential and won’t be surprise if any take over offer comes from big player like Occi or other for cash cow like Ameer!! In my my view it should be re-rated soon and price will go initially at 30p then it can fly to 50p or above

I’m waiting to see it reach there ... until then I will hold ! Few days back it went 12p could have got out with 150% profit but fundamentally its very strong, with Newmont being partner n fully funded potential is too high to get out at this little profit ! With £100m Mcap SP should be around £1, could be another SOLG! Until then I will wait .. DYoR

OMI share price won’t directly correlate with good price as at this stage we don’t know how much gold reserve they have or cost to extract it ! We are just waiting what Newmont is doing and any news/update on gold reserve or drilling which will make this SP fly ....

If you believe it’s net asset value is worth atleast 100m then hold tight and be patient! Conesidering Newmont being 20% owner and investing into the project and there is good chance of finding top quality gold don’t see it’s just a typical AiM co ... If you are short term investor ofcourse it will hurt with these share price movements! I’m looking long term and wait till it goes to 100m, if it doesn’t max risk is losing what invested here! Risk n reward FairPlay but this kind of co are rare in AiM , remind me of Solg !!DYoR

When it starts moving it will go straight to 40-50 region ... it’s a low cost production co with no debts , estimated net earnings of $20m ! It’s the time to buy n top up , giving opportunity to make money - I won’t be surprised if any take over offer comes given at this depressing price usually offer comes at this low and sometimes they kept it low to jake attractive offer !! We just don’t know what’s going behind the scene , something good will come !! I’m holding n going long ...DYoR

It could be take over target as it’s too cheap now , won’t be surprise if any offer comes !! Usually before any offer SP stays too low ! It’s a low cost producer with no debts , this year making net profit 20m ! It’s a cash cow, on the way to increase production from 4K to 9k bpd and that could attract buyer ! I will wait till end, current SP is opportunity for some to enter n frustrating for LTH ! But eventually it will has to give a good return of at least 5x

My target Mcap £100m with no further dilution giving SP around £.90p! It was 18p a few months back , Centor put TP 40p at that time , they even raised fund at around 13p, I strarted buying from 13p, then gone to 1.5p... in my view it’s on recovery to 18p then will shot up following re-rate ! Now it’s project fully funded n Newmont with them , if they can restore Uruguay production SP will fly! Those buying at this cheap price are lucky... I don’t think it will stay at this price very long

With £100m Macap we are looking OMI at around 90p... 10x !! It’s realistic and can reach there fairly quickly if any good news come or any takeover bid from Newmont or its competitors. Just need patience, let day trader n Market maker player with that until then No Opinion

That’s were they make money , buying from panic sellers before it jumps or any positive news comes ! Key is to ask if this co worth 10m or more ? Rather than looking hourly movements! Volume is low any way

I won’t be looking daily SP movements too closely , it’s day trader do, they take small profit and keep moving ! But this kind of co are are rare , don’t wanna risk losing opportunity to make big ! As long as Newmont are involved market will gradually realise its true value it can easily go to 100m giving SP to around 60p If they give any good news of the drilling or potential reserves.. if it’s similar to SOLG , then we are looking Mcap in the range of $400m , SP in the range of £2.40 to £3.50 Fundemantals are strong : *NewMont world leading gold mining co with expertise and fund ...committed $30m + bought 20% * only 146m share in issue ... SP can jump rapidly on any further good news * it has another asset in Uruguay * it has a few more high profile investors like continental *potential take over by Newmont , or other competitor ... possible bidding war which can take SP to sky high All possible and realistic... This company must be re-rated, fundamental is strong and will be in the spot light very soon in my view ! We won’t see at this depressing price very long... It has no debts, low cost producer, a cash cow , fully funded , gone back to profit , in last 6 months net profit $10m, cash $50m.... and potential to increase production!! It’s not for day trader ! Sp fine up by 500% in since the Newmont deals, short termer will take profit at the same time MM are playing ... fundamental are strong ! Looking Mcap to go to at least $50m to get back to GGP level and then move to Solg level if any further good news

Looks you missed to buy at low now want it it go down ....time will tell where it’s going?Question should be why would big player like Newmont would buy a chunk at 2m and commit $30m into this tiny co? That explain everything... it could be another SOLG which jumped from 3p to 40p, current MCap over £450m ... compare with Omi it’s Mcap is only £12m ! It has a long way to go !! DYoR
