I am little confuse as existing holder I should get 10p offer first but I did not received any Below saying they already raised .Has anyone else received notification? I would have thought it will be rights issue so we as existing shareholder can minimise share dilution as more shares being issued at deep discounted. Very disappointing

Be brave when others are fearful, I think PFC is giving great buying opportunity at this price, thanks to all shorters> I have topped up more earlier today at 99p. Will keep doing it if it's fall further...as I have posted before, PFC will rise at some point, let the dust settle, it has strong fundamental, has business model, just need SFO clearance, shorter will regret big time. I made similar comments on Tullow, PMO when many shorter made it look as if both co will go bankrupt, at that time Tullow was 13p and PMO 14p now Tullow 58p and PMO 30p; any one can check my comments when I made for record. I never short stock as I feel it's unethical, just need patience, PFC will jump at some point, it will be big jump like Tullow from 13 to 65p within a year.

Shorter are taking it down and making it look worthless which is not the case as it is still a solid business and market leader in it's field . Considering oil price is rising, PFC is in better place to secure more business. Yesterday news will work in PFC favour as SFO needs to conclude asap and PFC Management will push hard for SFO to conclude as it's damaging it's image and reputation, if they could not bring any charge against the company in last 4 years I doubt it press anything at this stage but still some uncertainty around this. SFO is not here to destroy a business rather to put a business into right track through their findings/charges so malpractice stop within the organisation. As soon as SFO give clearance PFC will fly so happy to take the risk and buy at this cheap.

Hoping a bounce back tomorrow, that will shut all shorter mouth ... it’s way oversold given oil price is now $60+

Pfc fundamental remain the same , co itself hasn’t been changed, panic will be over soon. Obviously sfo making it worse by delaying the whole process causing reputation damage in the short term, hope Pfc will be cleared soon. Pfc recently got few contacts and announced high profile Kuwait project. This gives confidence that Pfc will shine again, in the meantime shorter will play , we all know .
For me it’s a buying opportunity, eventually it will come good, just need to wait . I will keep topping up if goes further down!

Don’t understand why some here taking happy seriously and making comments , it’s time to ignore and do your own research ! Happy is burning so he will make negative comments about tullow and give him false confidence on his knowledge on stock market !

Why wasting time my friend writing about Tullow where you have shored ,
why don’t you do some research on companies where you will be investing! Don’t worry very soon Tullow will reach £1, revisit us then

Every one invested here knows the risk and reward , did their own research except a few rainbow chasers and day traders!

I’m long on Tullow so as most other who are making post with genuine interest in this co.

It’s not unrealistic expectations, look at those tech co like zoom, EV maker Tesla , who would have thought they would go so high In a year ?

This year boom could be for oil co, all depends on if oil price can stay above £’$70 which is quite possible as some analysts saying oil could hit $120 as there will be huge demand but low supply !

For Tullow, even with current 2p reserve of 260mb oil , if we take $20 net return x260= $5.2b less debts $2.5, Tullow mv $2.7b convert to gbp approx £1.9b! what is current Tullow Macp below £1b, so even with this Tullow sp we are looking at around £1.30!

How about 2 c a potential reserved of 600mb + , potential giant Suriname ? This could easily make Tullow £7/8bln co and bring share price in the region of £5-£6

Please feel free to correct if any of the assumptions above seem overstated or not feasible ? Happy to hear others view

It was great year for Tullow investors ... I started with 60p when it dropped from £1.40 pre covid, then kept dropping, went to 7p, I thought may be it’s going bust ! Too risk and topped up at 13p, 20p, last 28p ! Sold some to balance my portfolio , I won’t sell any more until it goes to at least £1.50

If oil price stay above £70, never know where Tullow can go x10

This positive for Tullow image to attract institutional investors who are against fossil fuel , ESG is becoming increasingly popular amongst pension funds and other institutions

soon to be re-rated.... share will transfer from weak and smaller investors to institution gradually; ofcourse all depands on oil price, if goes above $70, Tullow will be £1.50+

Oil stocks are flying, RKH soon to be re-rated, my target price 50p at minimum. It could even go much higher £1+ if oil goes above $70, sealion will be very attractive and profitable project for Harbour .....Holding Tullow and now started to see the fruits....just need patience

To me it's great co to invest into, got lot to offer including electric planes and future market leader in this filed on top of its existing product and services including civil, defence, nuclear power etc. It's British icon, I have topped up and will keep topping up if it's drop below £1. it's a hold for long term investment, in my view will be one of the top post covid recovery stock. short term it may fluctuate though or even drop back to 70p.
