Scottyk- I have 1.4 million shares credited in my 3 accounts, waiting to see if the price shuts up before 21 July, prior to taking any decision as I am fully loaded , ready for a take off, would be nice to sell some high and buy back at 0.18. Let’s see what happens by on day morning:-)))GLA LTH’s

Hi Scottyk- re basic entitlement shares: you have a few options:
1- Do nothing if you are already loaded
2. Respond as required on line or Telephone Ukog - tel. No provided in the open offer RNS
3. Show interest to purchase/ speak to your own broker for more information
Finally unless the shares are in ISA, there might be some tax related complications. Do read the open offer RNS before deciding what to do Good luck

Back in business now : Offer and ASK price now is the same. Well done all those including myself who got the bargain at 017p+ No wonder that over 5 million went at 0.1772!

Someone has been mugged paying more that the ASK of 0.175 for 5 million+

Already added extra 2.2 million at 0.17p+. However will look into it if the SP shoots up before 21 July- OVER loaded now , will be in profit if the SP goes up to 0.19p

Another decent buy gone through, if I mention any further details my post will be deleted. So here we are, confidence is building back and buyers are coming back to Ukog. I have added another 943000+ at this price:-))
Would we see 0.18 p on Friday or earlier?….?

I am loaded as well . I don’t think we would be waiting until next year- the news from Turkey and anticipated good results from Loxley should be enough to get it going . A lot more buys today just below 0.17p. Turkey with all the trimmings and more. Am I ramping - not really , however need to ramp to get it going- some one , anyone. Glad to have filtered all the trolls, no nasty messages in view now. GLA

What’s up- TUI is tanking as well. I have to wait and see how far down it can go before adding any more. It’s very scary. GL LTH I never thought it could come below £1.00 HMmmmm. I was lucky to have got out with some loss at £1.29

SKWIZZ: re -0. 24 p_ If I had a "crystall ball", probably I would not have mentioned the SP and sold 4 million to buy back at 0.1688 today. There was absolutely no" RAMPING", involved for stating the SP price on that day. I was in £ 3200, profit had I known what would happen next , I would have sold some and made double profit: £ 3200 by selling and buying back very cheap again. So please stop nit picking "quoting what others write on the message board" and deal with the ones who are swamping the board day in day out. I will be focussing more on my other investment. At the moment more interested in TUI to pick up than UKOG- a lot invested in that stock.

The fact is that so hasn’t gone back to 0.24p re- get in at 0.24p? - I don’t usually advise people to sell or buy, I normally stick to the facts and the price was actually 0.24p on that day. I am sure many would have sold at that price and bought back again at0.16p. With all the negativity on this board it’s nice to cheer pi’s up sometimes. It’s your money , no one can buy or see for you. Cheers again for the reminder. I look forward 27 July now, had completely forgotten about it. Penguins- Thanks for the reminder of Loxley appeal inquiry on 27 July. Now I can see why the SP is being messed up- Most of the buys and sells all in red as usual before the next news.
ASK kept at 0.175 so the buys come in red as well as sells.

Loxley appeal public inquiry scheduled for July 2021



UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that its appeal against Surrey County Council's ("SCC") refusal of planning consent for the Loxley gas project will now be heard at a public inquiry to commence on Tuesday 27th July 2021.

A good news from Turkey might be better than SS buying any shares as he might not be in a position to buy any at the moment due to legality of the knowledge he has regarding Turkey drilling. I have received the open offer this morning, have until 21 July to take up the offer. Plenty of time , hoping for some positive news before that time. We live in hope.

If the SP goes up to 0.24- I would be happy to sell the 2 million I have topped up at 0.1688 and buy back again at 0.18 p through the offer I have received. It’s a wishful thinking:- )) . It might just happen as the MM’s are collecting shares at 0.1666+
Come on Turkish delight , give us a surprise so the LTH’s can make the most of the offer.

There’s no reason for me not to believe you. I hold shred in ISA mostly, no information from ii yet. Tomorrow would be interesting. However I did load up at 0.175p. Let’s see what Monday brings! So you did make some money from UKOG. As a matter of fact it went up and down 4 times since April 2020 or more so their was plenty of opportunity for investors to recoup their losses but we all needed nerves of steel. I kept half the egg full and sod half each time thus sitting comfortably now.
Do you believe that the sp might go down further? is that what you are waiting for, if yes then GL. OUT now.

Ninetails : What makes you love UKOG so much? ALBA went up and was ramped up to 0.57p and now running at 26p+
In comparison _ UKOG was 0.1075 in April 2020 but it hasn't gone down to that price in over 13 months. There were plenty of opportunities for people to earn 300% since 2020 and it went down to 017p but came back up again to 0.35. I invested £3500 in UKOG in April 2020 and now sitting on a hefty portfolio, thanks to UKOG. So what I am trying to ask you is that why did you not take the opportunity in you hand and made some money all the way up from 0.1075p?

I am just amazed at the non investors sitting hard day in day out with negative comments. We are here to make money , be pleasant . The life is too short- COVId has taught us that. Once again UKOG has been good for me since I bought at 0.1075, sitting on 59% free float. If people are not interesting in investing in UKOG- why waist your life on this board. Trades: those two large trades are from yesterday: clearly the TUKEY has been cooked now- MM's brought down the price to fill these two trades, I think!
