Spot on. If we get that then we’ll re rate properly. Growth is what the market looks for and we have been shrinking in revenue for a few years now. They seem to have right sized the company by shedding staff and some new clients would be most welcome.

My expectations are pretty low tbh

This may take longer than we think but we need to see more evidence of a turnaround in revenue , otherwise the stock will decline again imo.

SMS seems to have put all or most of his chips on S4 capital becoming an AI media company hopes it pays off as AI adoption accelerates.

The oil price is of concern for sure but don’t lose sight of the fact that Mobico’s main problem is the level of debt, recent rises in interest rates ( bond rates) and Mobico’s ability to trade through this particularly difficult phase they are going through without the debt becoming a crisis.

They have done many good things to execute the turnaround but the market is still in show me mode with respect to Mobico. With time, if they keep doing what they are doing , it should work out and hopefully long suffering investors will be rewarded. The next set of results are crucial. Probably more write downs but also news on the German settlement and other news re reorganisation in UK bus / coaches etc will hopefully show they are still making progress and the future looks brighter. I’m holding in the hope the turnaround is a success but I am well down on my investment here.

A new independent senior director will be appointed in due course. Let’s hope they make a strong appointment and they can continue to execute the turnaround at Mobico. New CEO, new CFO, a new start and hopefully long suffering investors can see a path to geting a decent return on their investment.

I think the next set of results will be the first ones in a while that are fully audited (by our new auditors) and will hopefully include the results of the German rail deal. There may well be some further write downs but the fog should clear a little and we should have a better grasp of Mobico’s finances, progress and future.

It’s hard to understand but I suspect ‘the market’ wants to see evidence of organic growth before the share price rises. The fundamentals of Warpaint are good and I think they have a bright future, but I have thought that for a while and the share price continues to drop.

Hopefully things will improve .

How do you rate the odds of Audioboom being taken over by Acast? It would give them a much bigger share of the podcast market by taking over Boom.

The clock is ticking on some sort of deal as they have said they will update the market by the end of Q2, so things could get interesting anytime now.

Investing in Mobico isn’t for the faint hearted, it’s certainly been a very bumpy ride for shareholders the last few years. Investing now or holding onto your investment could, with time, prove to be very profitable but the risks are known. The current management seem to be doing a good job to execute a turnaround imo. Time will tell but any serious investor should ignore a lot of the silly posts on here, pay attention to the more serious posters (positive or negative) and do their own research.

I’m not sure what to make of the price action since the buyback began a few weeks ago. If it is almost complete now then it hasn’t changed the share price or sentiment much and it tells me the market is waiting for more information at the next results in April.

It’s been a good week for long term holders and a welcome re rating of the share price. Hopefully the shorts have been further reduced and 2026 can be a year of growth for Warpaint with the addition of two acquisitions in the recent past. Consumer spending should rise slowly as interest rates are reduced and we can get back on firmer footing with respect to trade deals and tariffs etc.

Great news for Afentra and their shareholders. 2026/2027 could be transformational if things go to plan.

Next results should be published by the end of March, as per the RNS regarding the appointment of new auditors…

I’ve got mixed feelings about this. Yes, we are being diluted but the new shares are being issued at the current share price and not at a discount, so does it really make much difference?

It is encouraging that two new investors see value in Corcel and are prepared to invest in their future. Corcel must need funds to finance future projects and have managed to execute the fundraising, so that is a positive surely? More dilution may follow but hopefully it won’t be a problem.

I only have a small holding here but am hoping if I sit on it for 1 to 2 years it will become a good investment.

Analysts get it wrong all the time.

Not sure, just seen it on Bloomberg tv. Mentioned due to factors such as lower oil and gas prices, oversupply and deflating refining margins putting pressure on cash flow.
