Added to my portfolio, 25000 more shares. Heavily underwater myself but couldn’t resist as it feels like things are on the up (finally!).

A couple of positive updates and the share price could be significantly better in 6-12 months time imo. Long road ahead though. Good luck all 👍

I sold the last of my shares approx 2 months ago at 1660p after being in the stock for about 2 to 2.5 years roughly. Made profits thankfully and think Yu are doing a good job in a very competitive environment. Sold as I felt 1660p was a good price at the time and wanted cash to invest elsewhere… which didn’t work out, lol.

Nothing has changed on the forum, lol, Discodave still banging on about the same old things and spreading negativity. He raises some interesting points that are worth thinking about but come on Dave, stop spoiling the forum. Have a break.

There is some dilution but this is an old deal from 2022 to issue shares now. This information has been in the public domain since the deal was announced. Nothing to see here really but arguably it shows how undervalued the company is now.

Read the RNS late morning and added another 1000000 shares to my portfolio today.

Although more shares are being issued, they are at a premium to today’s price, so the RNS must be seen as a positive imo and show the directors have confidence in the future.

I was in Tescos at the weekend and there were W7 branded Warpaint goods where you queue up for the self service checkouts, which struck me as a good selling position within the store as they are a relatively cheap products and will be in prime position for an impulse buy.

The share price seems very low to me. Oversold and an attractive entry point for new investors. Famous last words but I can't see it going much lower from here and Warpaint's future looks bright to me.

Let’s hope we get some good results tomorrow and no nasty surprises.

Shareholders want and need to see revenue growth and profits begin to emerge from this very disruptive phase in the advertising industry. Hopefully S4 can be at the forefront of this. GLA

Well worth a read and very interesting to hear Sir Martin’s opinions on how S4 capital is positioned and where he would like them to grow in the future- both geographically and growing the size of the company via merger or takeover. The future is so uncertain at times but the path ahead does seem to be becoming a bit clearer imo. The September interims may not be the best sales wise for H1 but will give investors more insight into the outlook for the future and hopefully the share price will re rate to a more sensible level.

I’ve been sitting on my hands too, lol.

I’ve said this many times but I feel confident this will work out and the shares will recover. SMS’s decades of experience must be an asset. It could look very different in 12-24 months time.
