Pleased with the 15.41c declared. Interesting to see what it equates it in pence?

By my calculation last year annual divi was approx 7.38p hopefully this. Year will yield a similar amount?

I suppose it’s all relative but I started buying Bats about 18 months ago and am sitting on 38% growth.

I’ve been buying Dge for about a year and am nursing 25%loss.

Is it the end for Dge if people in the west stop buying its products,possibly but the again there are several growing markets to exploit as well.

I’m not sure the end is that close yet but what do I know?

Well the company said they were disappointed with the UK stores performance and the stock market agree.

No point trying to polish a terd,as they say.

Hopefully the next trading update will see an improvement?

Yep Invp and Aviva been good for me. Invp not so much now but Lgen another that’s been a divi star. Never had much luck with Vod so avoiding that one for the moment. Looked at Gaw while at £66 but didn’t buy u til around £100 but that has been a growth stat along with bats. Invp at £4.30 should do nicely in the future. All the best

I’ll have a look at the UBS fund. Trump done investors a lot of favours with his tariffs,loads of good companies were available at cheap prices. Only regret for me is that have only been able to 5k into isa this year so far. Retired so just haven’t got available funds.oh well.

BP at 3.50 looks a great price. My average is a lot higher but happy to amass the divis and reinvest elsewhere.

Funnily enough saw an article about Winc on motley fool this morning. Very brief but I had a closer look and like the spread around the world so might add sum next week .

Unfortunately Dge ,Bp,Glen & bme are killing my portfolio but get regular divis and hopefully they will recover soon.

Saw a post on Supr message board on here TerryM1 with a few ideas. I don’t know this guy from Adam but I’ll probably have a look next week at some of the companies he lists. You never know.

Sold out few weeks ago at 102. Saw the bid as an opportunity to take advantage of other stocks whose divis and prospects looked a bit brighter.Orit,Hsbc ,Tfif,Phnx,Seqi. All worked out quite well apart from Seqi but nice divi around 9% so not complaining

I’m looking at a company called Tfif. Invests in bond markets and alike. Got some and thinking of adding.paid a total divi of 11p on share price of 109p. Be interested in your thoughts on this company.

Alan Milburn has been appointed in some capacity to assist Wes Streeting.

Milburn served in the Blair government & spearheaded a campaign to increase the use of private companies in the NHS.

Agreed. Looking to reduce here,lot more promising plays on the London market at the moment.

Seems to be on the up now anyway and if they maintain divi at last years level must make it about 9% or more at £3.60 sp.

Not bad if interest rates start falling.

In what has been a difficult year for most companies encouraging to see a slight increase in divi.

This year Glen,excluding specials,paid out 44 cents in dividends.

It has bought most of Teck’s coal business and continues to buyback its own shares & cancel when those shares go above the 10% holding.

Now I’m not highly educated but these actions don’t appear to be those of a company planning to reduce its dividend from 44 to 23.3 but what do I know?

Have checked previous RNS & company website as I was wondering if the divi is being increased in 2024.

Has anyone seen any information regarding the dividend next year?
