The fact the NOMAD allowed the release of the last rns without a precautionary statement speaks volumes to me and I am very confident this team will deliver! We have several offers of finance, we are drawing up a shortlist of off takers. This facility is needed and more importantly for us wanted. GLA

Key recommendation 3 was particularly interesting, considering slide 9 in the presentation!

Imo (I was watching closely at the time) the 8.22 trades on nex (almost 4 million ) were buys.

The above 5th December rns had this sentence (I imagine the Nomad insisted)
"The term sheets are not binding and at this stage it is not guaranteed that InfraStrata will enter into a binding equity agreement. "

Telling, imo, that it's not in today's rns

"With this offer in mind, we remain on schedule to conclude all matters and undertake the FID by end Q2 2019"

No delay with FID, just got to wait slightly longer for equity partner and deal structure.

JW going for best interests of InfraStrata and shareholders imo, all about the best long term relationship with "deep pocketed " investors

3-6 months? A few weeks until they announce preferred equity financing imo

Interesting if you look at slide 11 in the recent infa presentation it states, if no shale gas, imports will end up being 70% of demand!
